Great picture poor sound

It is a little big for my room but I’m making it work. The only complaint is the sound quality. I’ve tried every setting and it still gives that muffled sound with the audio which stinks because that is my reasoning for getting a new tv.

However a few days in it started to freeze and shut off. At times the TV won't even turn on. It as well had green lines appear on the screen. I ultimately ended up returning it and bought another brand T.V.

No power cable or remote, but still functions with onboard buttons well enough - no fancy features. Has an Ethernet jack! All works just fine. TV has an ok picture and the features are solid. The associate in store was great help and support - I wish I could remember her name.
