Since I was past the 15 days (thanks to AT&T that took forever to get our new service equipment installed) we didn’t know that this “smart” tv was not compatible with the AT&T service/app. The sound is not good, I wouldn’t cal it freezing but like the screen gets stuck and can’t change the channel and the last one that to me is the worst of all sometimes it does not want to power on or off!!! It’s so annoying specially when ready to go to sleep and darn thing won’t turn off. So have to get up and try everything so it turns off and always end up having to unplug it from the wall.
