My installers were Jake and Logan. They mounted it on my new stand, set everything up for me, connected it to my wifi, showed me how the remote worked and answered my questions about streaming. Best of all, they took my old TV away That was HUGE!! I didn't know how I was going to get rid of it.

The TV lags with the volume so one second it’s 9 and the second the volume is 15 and really loud. I’ve reset it, everything and I just don’t like the TV.
