But, for some reason, this tv doesn’t want to turn on sometimes? I have to unplug it and plug it back in, and then it turns on. Not sure what is wrong, but overall, tv works great!

It doesn't allow me to download certain apps to the television and the remote sticks on the volume turn up.

Posted .Hello Seanjohns97, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. In regards to the volume sticking, I would recommend to power cycle the remote by removing the batters and pressing all buttons on the remote before putting the batteries back in.
