Bought a another tv during black friday but they accidentally oversold and offered this tv and an alternative. It was a gift for my mother who had a little confusion in setting it up, but loves it once it was hooked up.

I am very satisfied with my TV purchased at Best Buy The service I received and installation went smoothly and the instructions given this 81 year old brain went well and I’m enjoying my purchase every day

Has almost everything we need on it, just missing HBO. And it sometimes just doesn't turn on, but after a few clicks, it always comes on eventually.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He had a little issue in the beginning with picture quality but it straightened itself out.

Very pleased so far. Solid performance for the money, not a surprise with the brand. If you use YouTube TV, it works natively very nicely. Frankly, I'm not sure why you would pay more for a Samsung or LG.

Overall, we're quite happy with the TV. Loss of the star is for the sluggish shipping (order didn't ship until 4 days after the order).

Excellent 4k tv for the price you pay easy to use the negative does not shine much and does not have pure blacks by type of panel it has.

Need internet to enjoy 4K viewing, otherwise 1080i. I am disappointed there wasn't an adequate manual to troubleshoot problems.

This television lasted 1 year and 7 months. Final day was today, worked fine yesterday small glitches but I was used to those. But today it seemed to have a mind of its own so I reset it, unplugged, everything excepts bash it with a hammer. So now I’m searching for a new television once again.

Purchased this set a month ago and it worked fine for a few days. Then all of a sudden the TV would not respond to volume commands on the remote immediately. There is a 10 second lag in response, IF it responds at all...I spent 30 minutes pressing the controls on the remote and on the device directly before it would respond. The device will also randomly exit apps and go to the home screen. At times it will overlay the home screen over the picture while just watching from one of the HDMI inputs. Ive unplugged and plugged several times. Contacted Vizio and they suggested a factory reset, which was done but didn't fix the issue. They go on to say these items will be fixed on the next firmware update, but cannot tell me when that will happen.

The colors seem a little muted compares to the LG I replaced. The smart menu is very good. All in all for the price it's a good value

Love it but gave it four stars because when we first got it, it needed to be reset quite a bit. Works like a charm now.

I use this TV every day and it has been great for me. The only issue I have is the limited apps it has I hope they add more apps in the future.

The picture is good but not as good as I thought. I returned it bought LG. Wonderful picture

the tv is great for the most part but i was told i can use my firestick and can not use a firestick. the sales rep lied.

you can't download apps on this tv they are pre-loaded only. the guy at Best Buy told me you could download apps but you cannot

Its good for the value. A lil smaller than I would have preferred. Small for a living room but big enough for a bedroom.

I like this TV a lot! I only use it t night because I am busy during the day time most days but I love it for occasional use!

Love the TV. The picture is not as clear as my other Vizio, but it is a nice television. I would buy it again if I needed one.
