    There has been a lip sync issue during regular programming using the HDMI cable. Other than that I do like the TV.

    Exactly what I needed. Vizio products has always been a #1 choice in the household. Never a problem with any parts of these televisions. Still have 1 of them from 6 years ago with no issues.

    Everything was great the service was outstanding I drove from Memphis to pick my Vizio TV since all the stores was out except you guy’s. me and my wife enjoy the trip the wait was fast…

    A lot of TV for the price. Wish it had Bluetooth for a sound bar, but the Apple Air Play makes up for it.

    I can't believe I finally got my old TV I'm so happy that you guys made it affordable for me cuz I'm a single mom and it's hard to get stuff during the Christmas season with the coronavirus going on

    This is the second Vizio tv we’ve owned. While it’s has a great price for the size of the tv and the user face is decent it has the same issue that we’ve had with the other Vizio. Fairly often it stops responding to certain remote buttons being pressed and then the whole tv stops responding. We end up having to unplug the tv from the wall and plug it back in for it to work again.

    pros has HDMI ARC . 4K . Cons has no way to download apps and doesn't have a way to search the internet with Enternet Explorer. had to use my XBox but comes with gaming engine built in .

    Tv came broken but Best Buy fixed it by refunding me. If it wasn’t broken on arrival I would’ve given 5 stars.

    The sound is not great definitely need a sound bar. It is light and picture is great!

    The TVs came quick although I’m having trouble with one of them, I can’t tell wether it’s the remote or tv that gets stuck and I hate to spent $ on a product that won’t last. Typically I’d already have returned it but it’s a big tv and I don’t even have the date of or the amount for my monthly payments

    Excellent TV. If you don’t game and want to save cash then the V series is it. Dolby Atmos, Vision, Virtual X. That’s all you need minus all the gaming features. Excellent buy.

    This tv comes with a lot of apps installed but the issue is that you can’t download any additional apps. You can cast apps from your phone similar to phone mirroring. I wanted to download the spectrum app but it’s not allowed so if you have tv service through an app, this tv is not the best option but the picture quality is great.

    Sketchy problems from the start!

    The TV was a purchase for school so that I can project my zoom classes better but I started having sketchy problems with it from the start. 1. When I turned it on in an area with other TV’s the remote would turn on other TV (non vizio). 2. Then after a week when I tried to turn on the TV I would get a “gray screen” and I would have to reset the screen to turn it on. I have probably used the TV 5 time’s at this point. I was hoping that maybe there was just too many electronics in the area- so when I moved TV to another location - still having the problem. Now I am 1 day out of warranty and Best Buy says they can’t help- call the manufacturer. School starts tomorrow of course.
