You get your standard streaming apps like netflix and hulu, but if you have a cable tv provider, you cannot directly download their apps on the tv. This means you have to use your cell phone to cast the channels to the tv. This limits the appeal as if you have young kids or teens, you may not want them to have access to the providers app in their devices or if you have guests it becomes a hassle.

I have to turn it off and on about 10 times before it syncs up. I have not even owned the tv for more then a month and have called vizio support 4 times already. First call was an hour and 15 minutes before they finally agreed to send tech support out. 2nd call i was told tech support was cancelled as they were working on qn update tp fix this. 3rd call (today) was completely useless and supposedly someone will be calling me back in 1 or 2 business days. Brand new tv. Of course i threw the box away so I cant return it to best buy. I am beyond frustrated..it took me a long time to save so id be able to buy this tv and its a total crap shoot whether its going to work properly when i turn it on or not.

Don’t get me wrong I enjoy Vizio products but was not pleased at the quality of this one. The legs to the tv were widely apart & the sound quality was very poor after the first day of buying this my husband & I went returned & went for a Samsung. Way better
