Easy set up, I am by no means a tech person but managed to set up within a couple minutes. Good variety of apps already installed. My only disappointment is the color doe not seems as saturated as it did when we saw it in the store. Maybe too much natural light in my home, but overall a good TV.

I’m working on my mancave for my first house and wanted a TV between 55-70inches at or around $400-$600 with Dolby Vision, 4K, Apps built in and Alexa compatible. The bonus I got with this is information got out that Vizio was going to update pretty much all there tv’s from the past 2 years to be compatible with Apple Airplay 2 and Homekit. At that point I knew I could get a Vizio at a good price for if I got a 2018 model. I walked in to Bestbuy and saw this 55inch beauty as Open box for $313 because it was a display model. Talk to a rep and then spoke with the Home Enterainment manager who knocked this bad boy down to $263 for me...WHAT A STEAL...gotta love Bestbuy. Side note because this model was being sold at this location because it was being replaced by a newer model I tried a second loaction and there’s was open box priced at $349 I told them about the price I got at another location and after showing proof, they sold me that one for the same price. I now own 2 of these and only paid under $550 before tax! Thank You Best Buy!

easy to set up the smartcast is easy to use and the picture is very good

almost everything about this TV is perfect except for the sound. I had to have the volume more than half way up just to be able to hear it. Picture is great and it connected perfectly with everything and simple setup. This will work great for you if you have a sound bar connected with it.

We purchased this set to replace our Toshiba LCD. After looking at several similarly-priced "smart" tv's, the vibrant colors displayed on this model sold us. We brought it home and after a quick, easy set-up (as always, there is a slight learning curve when installing new equipment) it was better than we expected. Colors are great right out of the box, and after minor tweaking to our own preferences it produces outstanding color vibrance. The speaker output is unusually good for this price point, and remains crisp and clear with minimum distortion at higher volumes. The remote control buttons seem a little tough to read (numbers are small and set in a light weight type), but the 6 preset buttons (Netflix, etc) at the top make switching between smart-accessible channels and std. cable input selection a snap. Of course you can't compare or expect this model to compete against those costing twice as much (or more), but this unit outperforms all others around this price range. Only time will tell if there is any degradation of quality in the picture or sound (we've only been using it for a few months), but so far we're extremely happy with our purchase. One side note, I recommend spending the extra $$$ for the longest extended warranty available. We learned the hard way with our last TV. We purchased a 2 year warranty, and the set quit 27 days after the warranty ran out.

Got this one on sale. It's a vizio, yup, vizio. I now understand that you do not need to pay $2k for a tv that will be a work horse for the kids play room or video gaming room and even at times has been a great tv for movies. I used to let brands drive my decision, not anymore.
