The last few tv's I have purchased over the last decade or so have all been Vizio. This brand is great quality at an even better price. This tv is very user friendly, awesome picture, etc for the price. I did some price researching and comparing with other retailer and Best Buy had the best deal hands down. Oh and they have great customer service as well. GREAT PRODUCT .... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I'll start by saying I don't watch much TV/Blu-ray or play video games-- in that sense I can't really speak to the picture quality for those things. I did load a few 4K videos from youtube and I think they look fantastic. I was skeptical about the built in chromecast, but I figured I could always buy a Roku if I didn't like the chromecast. I was concerned that chromecast would be too slow/annoying/complicated, especially for my wife who is not the most patient with technology. The chromecast is great overall-- the only issue I have is that I normally have to turn the TV on, off and on again before my phone will connect to it. Very minor inconvenience. The streaming looks great!

First let be upfront this is a display not a TV. Think really high end computer monitor. It's not fully smart per se. It does have built in wifi for apps but doesn't auto switch between HDMI feeds when I turn on/off me devices like my old Samsung TV did. Also the sound isn't crazy loud. It's decent quality with good volume but not as good as a dedicated tv. Now the most important part. The picture is absolutely stunning. Excellent clarity and the refresh rate scaling is handled nicely. Movies, live sports and video games all look great. For the price it's an excellent buy. It's not a perfect option buts it's certainly worthy of my 4 star rating.

While shopping in BB, I came across an Open Box 4k TV for a great price. Looked at the sample TV of it on the wall and picture was beautiful. TV had no Box, so, they carefully wrapped it in bubble wrap and I took it home. The picture was awesome. My Review is only for this tv at 1080P as i dont have a 4k source. But, bascially got a 4K TV for the price of a 1080p

I love this TV! It has an awesome picture! The 4K content I was able to play through the built-in Chromecast is just stunning! The PS4 looks great on it! This TV is so nice I actually want to re-watch movies I haven’t seen in a while. It also is very light and easy to hang at ~35 lbs. There are plenty of HDMI ports and one section for component cables. There is no OTA Tuner built-in. But I didn’t need one since most of the content we watch is streaming anyway. The only items that I’ve had to watch out for are the remote and the built-in speakers. The remote’s back can fall off sometimes, but I was able to fix it with some electrical tape. I’m no Audiophile, but to me it sounds good. However at some point I probably will get a sound-bar. I would definitely purchase again.

Great value and awesome TV. Beautiful picture and easy to set up.

This 4K TV is amazingly clear. My only issue has been finding 4K content; but I'd rather have the capability now (at the great price I got the TV) than wait around for content. I can still stream in HD and it's a thin, light, excellent TV.

This tv is awesome!! Very clear and has all the smart functions!!

The T.V. is basically like your smart phone and has great quality. The only issue I've had was it freezing and I just had to reset the T.V. by googling it. Great for the price. If you're looking for a t.v. where you can watch regular channels and cable this isn't the tv for you.

We purchased 3 of these for a start up business and so far they are operating fine. Easy to connect to computers via Chromecast. Clear picture and sound. We are using this in a well lit area and there doesn't appear to be any glare issues. Good price/performance for our use.

Great deal great picture very easy setup and would buy again

Sooo, I went into Best Buy to look at a vacuum and left with something greater. I wasn't even expecting to purchase a television on this day! However, I am so excited that I did. I'm not big on terminology of 4K, pixels and all that stuff but I fell in love with this tv on the wall! Soon as I got it home I hooked it up and now I don't want to leave my living room! It's amazing! This picture quality is by far the best I've ever seen! I didn't even know about Smartcast until my phone asked if I wanted to play YouTube on my tv! Geesh! Mind blowing for me! So now I can sit at home, surf the internet on my phone and play it all on my tv! I def recommend this tv to everyone! Oh and the sound quality is great, colors are vibrant, easy to use and manuever through inputs. I love it!!!

The 4k picture is crazy good! And the sound on this is really great so far! And while it's not actual 120 refresh, it also seems good so far. I leave one star for improvement because it's still new to me and because it's not true 120 refresh, but honestly Great TV!

Great picture and sound, Can't go wrong at this price this 4k tv is the real deal I compared it very carefully with other top brands in same screen size and this one surpassed all of the models in 4k and same size for quality picture and sound at a better price, you really get your money's worth with this one I also own the M series 55" 2015 model which was priced higher than this D series model and the difference in image quality is minimum and I did not notice any difference in sound between the two models and to be honest with you the sound on these tv's is so good you don't even need a sound bar for them, the only difference is the remote on the D series does not have the backlit rear side keypad I highly recomend this 4k tv!
