Great TV with amazing 4K. Be forewarned that it does not have a coaxial connection, but it's not a problem unless you need it for an antenna connection. Also, you can only access the settings from your phone or tablet with the Vizio app. Chrome cast is built in. All-in-all it's access great TV with access great picture!

I purchased this TV for my son’s room and it is just amazing. The image is very good and 4K is also very good. For under $500.00 the tv is simply amazing.

This tv has such an awesome picture for a low price point!!! This tv was a replacement for a 2 year old vizio 4k tv that my son cracked the screen on.

Great picture for a great price. Is it on the same level of a high end Sony, LG or Samsung? No. But I think unless you're a cinefile who watches massive amounts of movies, it's just not worth it. I use it to watch YouTube and Netflix and it's more than the quality I actually "need". As 4k content becomes more preveleant I'll be ready for 4k. I definitely recommend this product.

Make no mistake when looking at this product, this is not a TV, it's a display. However, it's a fantastic 4k display at the price point. The 3 star rating is more geared to the description in store as I purchased this open box at my local store. The display was listed as "Excellent" which according to the open box information on bestbuy.com states the product shows no signs of cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, scuffs, etc.) The display had a very noticeable scratch in different parts of the bezel. This however did not interfere with picture quality, but the labeling was upsetting when it should have been listed as "fair". After a bit of usage I noticed a line going through the center of the display, luckily it turned out to be the internal chromecast and when I hooked up an external one, the problem went away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and again, the price was fantastic for a 4k display. I've enjoyed the experience very much and it looks fantastic in my home. If it wasn't for the mis-labeling on the quality I would have given this product 5 stars.

Picture is absolutely amazing. I never used the Chromcast feature before so its taking a little to get used to but it works great. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a 4k TV that doesn't want to spend a fortune.

The TV has been great so far; the picture is awesome. The wife and I however didn't understand that this TV does not have any apps. Everything is done through smartcast. Occasionally it takes our devices a while to pair up with the smartcast, so I would have preferred apps, but it still works great.

Great 55" 4k tv for the price. If you're looking for 4k without breaking the bank this tv is for you.

I was looking for a "simple" Smart TV that didn't cost much $$$. After looking around i settled on this TV. I've been using this TV now for 4 months and haven't had any problems with it. I love the Vizio App that helps you control all the settings.. its pretty easy to use. Setup took about 5 mins.

This model Vizio would be rated 5+ IMO if more 4K content was available. The setup was a breeze and getting used to the SmartCast isn't difficult people, use a tablet if you don't have a smartphone. The picture is wonderful and the sound is good. I got a bargain price of $429.99 during a Flash Sale. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a value priced 4K tv.

Amazing deal I got on this open box 55” 4K smart tv with built in chrome cast, after tax and fees I only paid about $300. Picture is great, sound is good, technology is great with built in Chromecast, and it has holes built in to the back that make it easy for mounting as it is compatible with almost every wall mount out there.

Best Buy tried to upsell me a Samsung Tv but to tell you the truth why let them sell you an expensive tv, it’s never needed the quality of the television I got is good enough to be a Samsung tv. 120 refresh rate is good for me and it definitely works well for me when I’m playing intense video game on my ps4 pro. So this tv get a thumbs up

Picture quality is superb! I was bit skeptical about having a big TV in the bedroom, but with it being mounted...it is awesome!
