Got this for a gift for my parents, they have fallen in love the 4K quality it blew them away saying thing so real on this tv.

After reading several reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive to make the purchase. So far I have nothing but positive reviews.

This is one of the best tvs I have had in a long time. I am overall satisfied with my purchase and I love Vizio products.

The tv has great qualities. A drawback, however, is the smartcast I don't feel is smooth at all. I was hoping for something closer related to the feel of a actual smart tv rather than going through an app on my phone. Still an awesome tv, has an amazing picture!

Tv has outstanding picture and great built in apps. Only disappointment is no full feature remote included. Must use app on phone/tablet connected to same wifi as tv. Set up is a little cumbersome due to this, at least the first time. Overall very satisfied with TV

my husband really likes vizio TV's they are easy to program and have a good picture and the 55" is perfect for our den

Good TV for price. Was not impressed when compared to my old 1080 Sony or or new Samsung, HOWEVER, it is not priced as high as those TVs were/are. Be sure you know there is no tuner. Installed TV on wall and started the setup which required a software update. It stopped somewhere in the process of self set up and I was not able to get it to continue after all the normal reboots set factory settings ect. Called Vizio and they were very nice but after following all their instructions we were not able to get the brand new out of the box TV to work. I HAD TO download the update onto a flash drive and complete a whole software install. I called several numbers at Best Buy and was told to return it! That process would take two hours and they would have an open box TV. Would have thought it would have been good for customer relations and their bottom line to attempt to correct the issue. VERY unhappy that a brand new TV could not be used until I spend about 3 hours with all the phone calls, transfers and referrals to other numbers.

No tuner, plan ahead. Speakers are terrible (as with all flat screens). If you're buying a 4K TV and not using external speakers, that's your problem. For the price, it is a 5-star 4K display and looks wonderful hooked up to 1080p or 2160p source material. It also is compatible with some HDR.

Like the picture and great quality for the value. Customer service and drop delivery was a compliment to the purchase.

The price I paid for this product was worth the money. Screen size is perfect, beautiful colors, it's thin so you don't need much space. Preloaded with free channels just need internet connection. I love using the installed Google Cast.

This is a replacement Vizio for our original that lasted 9 years. Obviously, this is a step up in technology, but the price was great compared to Sony and others for the same or better refresh rate. The picture is crystal clear and super steady. I am super happy with the overall value this tv provides.
