Enough HDMI ports for my cable/consoles/fire TV.. There's a USB port as well that you can connect a hard drive an watch movies and such.. (only thing is I haven't found a way to explore what's on it.. It just plays) The screen is beautiful... And making sure you are watching things in that 4k (making sure you change Netflix to 4k..etc).. Is amazing.. I've been missing out before clearly. Having chromecast built in is nice as well.. It's nice to watch your subscriptions through the TV. I had trouble once connecting to wifi and had to do a factory reset but it's fine now (it works great again) .. And I decided to hardwire the connection instead. The remote.. Is well pretty useless. Since it suits you to download the Vizio app and do set up that way.. There's not much reason to even use the remote as you can change and tweak everything from the app. If you have cable.. No doubt you should be able to connect the TV to the cable remote. Definitely a great buy.

Great TV for an affordable price

When I found this tv the price was great, and it has great features! The picture looks spectacular and it's been awesome having a big screen with such high definition.

You're supposed to use your phone as a remote but I prefer the old fashioned remote and the one that comes with the tv is very limited.

Great picture, but must have a smartphone

But the remote is very basic, you need to download the app on your phone before you can access all the features of the tv. If you dont have a smartphone, dont buy it.

Great option for Generic viewing around the house that won't upset your wallet. I have no complains with this 55in vizio TV.

However, I was truly not prepared for how amazing it actually was. The picture is crisp, the sound is full, and the smart features are great.

The app/smartTV functionality is good when it works, which isn't 100%. If you have a device to stream to get around the app I'd recommend it, just not if you cared a lot about audio.
