    Vizio Great Quality Once Again

I purchased this 55" Ultra-4K TV for my gameroom to replace a 50" Vizio set that I purchased 2 years ago but I loved the picture and features so much that I moved it into our living room the very next day. I now have four Vizio HDTV's (two of them are Ultra-4K models and one is a 3-D model) in my home and have yet to be disappointed. As long as Vizio keeps building them with the same quality and in the same price range, I will keep buying them. I also have two Samsung 32" HDTV's in each of my 10 and 14 year old children's rooms but I like the Vizio's much better. When the 32" sets need to be replaced, I'll be buying two more Vizio's.

Great picture quality and decent audio quality. Smart app interface is not as good as TCL Roku interface but it is useable.

    SmartCast system stinks

Overall TV is pretty good. Very good picture quality and picture control options are good. Unfortunately the Smartcast\streaming system is horrible. It frequently locks up or just fails to load, and powering off\on does nothing, so I can't use it until I actually unplug the TV and plug it back in. And the lack of app selection is very annoying (no I don't want to stream to my TV from a mobile device). Also response time to menus and input switching commands is very slow, making it so that when turning on a specific function with my universal remote it usually doesn't switch to the correct input. Minor but none of my other systems have this problem.

I would say this is a great mid range TV. Has some goodies . Best bang for the buck. I like the PIC button which allows you to go to a calibrated picture or a VIVID or etc.. The vivid makes the colors jump out. Since this has dolby vision , the colors POP. If you want the best , then pay $ 2,000 or more. Great for the price.

Excellent black levels at this price point but a little disappointed with the motion handling. There is a lot of judder on factory settings so I had to increase the processing to clean it up and if I set the full array backlighting to its max then I get a small portion of the backlighting that flickers during motion.

    Another Super Visio TV

I upgraded from a 5 yr. old 42 inch Visio to this TV for several reasons; 42 inch has been very good (now moving to the kid's game room), features and price for the new TV. Great bang for buck. I had no issues with setting the TV up and after 2 weeks of heavy watching, and some picture adjustments, my family finds the viewing experience to be excellent.

For a budget TV, I am very impressed overall. I am a Plasma guy wholeheartedly! I am coming from a Panasonic VT25 calibrated! They are not the same tv, but the black levels and 1080P/4K picture is great! I was pleasantly surprised after taking a chance. I wanted the Quantum, but it was sold out everywhere. So far so good.

    Perfect Apartment TV

This TV (55") is the perfect size for a small apartment. The picture quality is great for medium to almost dark settings and it even looks great with the auto adjust screen in brighter rooms or during sunset. The set-up was extremely easy and the way the tv was packaged made it so convenient to unpack without damage. The slim bevile makes a difference in a small room or wall. We love it and it looks great. Bonus Google Chrome built in and it actually works.

This tv has a great picture and is awesome for 4k streaming and HDR, but unless you're wall mounting, be aware that the stand is nearly as wide as the TV is.

This set has a terrific picture. The apps leave a bit to be desired as there is no adding or subtracting from the built in apps. It’s really not a big deal if you have a roku, Apple TV or Android TV box though. Overall, very pleased with this set.

It’s been about a month since I got this tv. Let’s just say the picture quality is awesome. For the price it a great TV. Movies look great same with video games. Seems to me the tv leans back a little bit. I was wondering if people who have this tv see the same thing. This tv will get bright and colors pop!

So I was able to get this model here because my two year old P-series vizio died; led panel went out and this was what it was replaced with. Thanks to my warranty I was able to get an updated version. Hopefully this LED panel doesn't go out on this one. I use it everyday and for many hours which is probably why my old one decided to get 'ink blobs'. For an LED display its fantasic. Its not as great as other 4k/oled displays but if you want great quality picture thats not completely breaking the bank this is it. Any device can be used to watch it and it comes with Pluto TV automatically so if you are thinking of cutting the cable out of your package this is the one for you. Its also one of the only 4k if not thee only display that still offers component input, since tvs are apparently going back to composite for some reason.

Finally made the transition to 4k and it's defiantly sharper but, I'm a little disappointed in occasional stutter in video playback. This maybe the PS4 Pro I'm streaming from but I have never had this problem before this TV. (it may have been an update for the hulu app but it's still disappointing)

This tv is great. The picture is very very clear and crisp and the overall appearance of the tv hardware is very clean and modern. The legs have a midcentury modern feel to them because they are so thin but pointy. I primarily use this TV for gaming with a PS4 and using the "game" mode, the input delay is minimized. The input delay was so long on the "vibrant" game mode, that most video games were unplayable. I have not used the apps.

I just transitioned from a plasma tv, so I'm still getting used to the difference in picture quality. But for an LED and at this price point, it's great. I've been really enjoying it so far. The colors do appear faded if you view it from an angle, but I'm told that's going to happy with any LED. My only minor issue is that I am not mounting the tv, so I just wish it had a center stand instead of the flimsy legs on the side.
