Bought this on recommendations and haven't been disappointed. Fantastic picture quality for the money (or if you don't want or need OLED), has dozens of Smart TV options installed that all work pretty well, and plays well with Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV Cube. Only complaints are the remote that I wish were a little more substantial and the across-screen input navigation requiring a very quick selection (or else you get another input selected for you). Otherwise, it's a terrific sub $1000 TV.

Good points, Excellent picture. 5 HDMI inputs is a plus. Bad points, Doesn't heat my room this winter like my old TV did. LOL but true. Picture goes black for 2 or 3 sec every so often. Picture gets stuck in zoom mode by itself and I have to exit and restart to return to normal.

Easy to set up out of the box. Great picture. Since speakers in tv are small, I bought a Visio sound bar system for it. Love it.

For the price I paid I'm very happy and would buy it again. It is my first Vizio. I have always had Samsung or Sony sets. I originally wanted the 900F but it was out of my price range. It was either the TCL 6 Series or the Vizio P55-F. After all my research the P55-F won. It was mainly due to the quality control issues with the 6 Series. All I have to say is it's just as good as the 900F and better than the 6 Series.

TV is working great. all family really like it. it has a great picture and very easy to operate. Easy to follow directions.

Overall I'm fairly happy with this television. The viewing angle isn't very good, but from straight on, PS4 Pro games look absolutely stunning in 4K. 1080p videos look a bit muddled, but I may still need to adjust some settings.

We were limited to a 55” & did a ton of research. After looking @ Samsung, Sony & Vizio, we ended up going w/the P55 & we are very happy w/it. It had better features than the Samsung w/a pic quality very similar to the Sony for almost half the price. The full array makes all the difference in the world. We think this is the best 55” tv out there by far if you are looking for great quality that won’t break the bank.

Initially bought a Sony 55" and returned it for this TV and probably ended up making the best decision of my electronic purchasing career. There is no other comparison to this TV unless you want to shell out several hundred dollars more for a QLED picture which, at times, this screen can go toe to toe with. The blacks and the colors this screen offers just plain makes me happy. Fourth Vizio we've owned in 10 years, will never stray away from the brand again. Cannot recommend this set enough.

Great features. Apps for smart tv are convenient. Picture is really good ... but I still can't get that 4K knock your eyes out picture that was on the display model in the store, even with 4K disc movies or 4K streaming. Great price point.

Had some difficulties with connecting the television to the cable box (instructions and pictures were not clear), then faced the issue of set up - figuring out the numbering system on the connections to be able to tell it which one we used. Otherwise we have enjoyed this tv

First the 4k picture and full array backlights look amazing. Plus it has dolby vision. This tv is better than some upper tier tvs samsung lg and sony. But the speakers arent the best. A soundbar would be needed. Also some cable management in the back would be nice. Finally the stands are just too far apart would have been alot better in the middle. Other than that it is an amazing tv for a good price.

For the price, this is one of the best 55" TV's you can buy. Great picture quality and numerous HDMI ports for all perrifrials.

I needed a new TV. After a lot of research I settled on the Vizio 55" P-Serious. It had good to very good ratings and in the size and price range I was looking for. Best Buy had the best price and it was available for pickup. After a month of use I am not disappointed. The picture is sharp and bright. The sound is good, but I have 5.1 soundbar (highly recommended) so it sounds great. The picture quality is so good I'm entertained just watching the screensaver on Apple TV. It looks so good.

Easy to set up, lots of HDMI slots, and nice picture. We just wish you had more time when changing between apps.

Picture quality is excellent. Upscaling is decent but not great. TV has difficulty recognizing HDR content on Netflix but recognizes DolbyVision fine. Would probably spend the extra money for a better TV next time but am not going to replace any time soon.

I haven't had the T.V long The picture is very good however it don't look the same as in the store. I should of known. The price was fair and its a must to get a sound bar because the sound is too low without one. Overall I think this was a good buy so far.

Great TV and not a bad price. I've been a Vizio user for around 8 years and this the vest TV I have purchased yet.

So I had a TCL 6 series and returned it for this one. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing WRONG with the 6 series love the roku and the quality of that product but for $200 more I couldn’t pass up on this P series! 5 hdmi ports and a component I mean it’s all worth it. True 120hz the quality of the TV is just amazing. I did my research and this TV is purposely used just for gaming my Xbox One X and PS4 Pro just looks so amazing! Even my Xbox 360 looks good! Worth the purchase!
