Worst purchase got it because of the price and you get what you pay for, back light died in a few months got a warranty replacement and that one lost TV sound and started having issues turning on def not going Vizio again

My new Vizio tv is great. All the reviews about the sound is spot on. The sound does suck. Buy a sound bar.

I've had this tv for about 3 years now. I can honestly say that it's been a frustrating TV to own. Using Dolby Vision from an AppleTV 4K is unusable. I constantly see large areas of the screen that randomly will go dark. I've tried resetting the TV several times. I finally just had to use the AppleTV on "4k SDR" (Standard Dynamic Range) which means I'm not able to take advantage of the HDR functionality of the TV. The "Smart" features of the TV are terrible too. Trying to use the built-in Netflix, Hulu, etc. apps is comical. There's way too much latency between the time you click a button on the remote and the app responding on screen. Not only that, but the IR Receiver in the TV rarely works. I usually have to use the Vizio app on my iPhone if I want to change the settings or use other features of the TV.

TV is superbright I had to learn to adjust the settings for my own viewing uses Factory setting in the vivid mode is too bright for me and some of the other settings were not quite right either I adjusted the settings For my viewing pleasure

Overall seems like a good tv, definitely a hired caliber product than others in the same price category.

A perfect item for our family room. Great store to purchase this item with informed customer service personnel. Once home we found the installation instructions easy to understand even for a non-techie like me!

The tv was good at first, makes a weird sound when you shut if off sometimes. Unfortunately there is a black cloud effect that appears across the screen for a second or so , sometimes frequent especially during a movie. Would be hesitant to buy another Vizio even though it is a value priced tv.

I own a Apple TV 4k which is my primary media source. The connection and Dolby Vision seem to work well for when the Apple TV connected to the soundbar. (Soundbar is ARC mode with the TV.) I am running it through the Samsung soundbar because the Dolby Atmos is not consistently passed through when the streamer is directly connected to the TV and the sound sent to the soundbar. (I originally bought a Vizio Atmos-capable soundbar along with the TV, and the soundbar would regularly not connect. The app was mostly worthless and the soundbar was an overall frustrating experience.) Firmware updates are inconsistent and intermittently cause problems. Smartcast is now popping up randomly when other things are playing.

Best value I found for 120Hz panel with fully backlit array. Very happy with this purchase! Only thing to be aware of is off-axis picture quality drops off, so consider your room seating. Was not an issue for me.

Overall it’s a great tv Just a little bit slow at times.

An mid- entry level TV that rises to the occasion. Great vivid picture and quality.

This TV rocks for the price I paid $699.99. It is just as good if not better than the LG55sk9000 & the Sony 55900F. Gaming is awesome with no lag at all and graphics are really smooth, sharp & clear. Great value!!

I waited months for this TV to go on sale. Didn’t hesitate once it did. The reviews you can find online aren’t wrong... this is the best 4K tv option for the money.

We previously had a VIZIO TV and had no problems with it whatsoever, so we decided to upgrade to a newer VIZIO model. So far so good! No problems, easy set up, and VIZIO/Google cast has worked great.

Awesome picture, but the picture goes in and out on my Xbox. The screen turns black then the sound goes out and then it comes back on. Tried to find a solution and couldn’t find one. It’s not my HDMI cord or connection to the Xbox. It’s the t.v.

I am using this TV as a monitor and I would recommend this for anybody needing multiple windows. I have it setup as 4 windows (1920x 1080 each). With the low Input-Lag, I highly recommend it.

I bought this t.v knowing I wasn’t getting the top of the line but.....I wanted to like this t.v but I can’t. It’s on my wall not working just after a few months. When the geek squad showed up they don’t even have the parts to fix it. Super bummed. If it worked sure the picture is nice for gaming and average for 4K DVD’s and streaming is so so. Thank god I purchased the extended warranty because I feel it’s going to happen again.

Good screen and love the five inputs! I would definitely recommend!

Purchased this 1 1/2 years ago and have not been disappointed with quality. Needed the multiple different inputs that Vizio provides to hook everything up
