Worst TV I've ever owned. Did fairly well the first year but became progressively "ill" during the second year-- randomly shutting off, randomly changing picture settings, sometimes dimming zones would randomly flash and flicker and then go dark. Almost forgot the screen freezes and lockups. Just after the end of the second year it shut off one day and would not turn back on--RIP. So, no more Vizio products for me. Zero stars.

I was worried ever since I bought this TV after seeing the one in-store. There was a weird static-like effect where grey lines would dart across the screen at seemingly random intervals. I hoped this was an isolated issue when I purchased mine, but I was wrong. Only a few days in I noticed the issue. It happened quite infrequently at the time, but it left me full of dread. I decided to return it. I really wanted to love this TV and the glorious amount of inputs, but I really don't want the lines!

Love the 4K resolution and it’s beautiful no matter where you sit in the room. The built in apps are screaming fast! Worth every penny!

This or the t c l 6 series are the only 55 inch TV's you should be buying unless you're willing to spend 1500 ontge Sony 900

Doubt I will ever buy Visio again, should have stuck with Samsung which I’ve never had issues with. This tv constantly kicks me out of whatever app or show I’m watching, the remote only works half the time although that could be the tv not registering the remote and it freezes constantly. I don’t use the TV much because my Samsung is better quality. No matter if it’s been reset and if it’s completely up to date it’s as if the computer portion of the tv is 15 years old, my aol dial up worked faster than this tv does

It's OK. Backlight sections are noticeable in dark scenes. Smartcast is aggressively trying to get me to sign up for new streaming services.

Awesome tv overall amazing and they keep getting software updates tweaking the dashboard and everything

This is our second Vizio purchase. The quality is terrific. You do need a sound bar.

Great tv, video games are awesome, football is excellent

This tv is a replacement of an older led tv. Totally impressed with the UI and compatibly with other components.

The picture would freeze when trying to switch inputs. Sound would keep going, but you just had to wait 30-60 seconds for the tv to power itself off and back on before you could do anything. Ended up returning it.

I am on the verge of returning this tv. Every so often the screen begins to scramble for a few seconds and then it stops. My HDMI 1 port reads no signal sometimes. I'm going to make a call to best buy tomorrow.

It is awesome. Nice colors. Nice picture. Sound not so good. But with a surround system is the best for entertainment.

FALD went out on any setting other than low after thr first 11 months. Other than not getting the HDR experience I paid for its a working tv.

Tv is light for its size, i wall mounted it with no problem and the home programming is easily to get to know

Love this tv wish there were some 4k channels so i could see just how good the 4k is

it seems ok. one problem is that with directv, the resolution settings keep changing themselves. not sure why.

Goid tv size. Few adjustment needed. No complaint. Just in YouTube mirroring you need to do soft power cycle.
