I'll start by saying that if you are someone that believes only Samsung, Sony and LG produce TVs worthy of your eyes, I won't argue and this review is not for you. But, for what I paid for this product, I am incredibly happy. The picture is darn-near perfect for sports, TV and movies, and that really is what I was looking for. The sound isn't great... So I got a sound bar. The streaming is meh... so I got a Roku. Even with those extra expenditures, it was a lot less than what I would have spent on a TV from one of the 'Big 3' mentioned above. Really, really good product.

I know alot of people say the TCL 6 series is better but that was before the Vizio P Series dropped in price it's only $50 more and the picture is far superior. Occasionally the flickering thing happens when I'm on my PS4 Pro but I haven't figured what's the cause yet. I may end up returning this tv for another one.

I bought this TV as an open box special. I got a 55” P series for $680. I hung the tv up and was blown away by the picture. Shortly after my happy feeling went away when the tv would turn on and off at its own will. I moved HDMI inputs, and thought I had it fixed. Since buying the tv about two weeks ago it has done this at least 20 times. I run expensive Audioqiest cables and have experienced lots of issues with cheap and expensive cables. I just bought an Xbox one S and was trying to play battlefield 5 and the tv kept giving me issues. I ended up just shutting the tv off and going up to bed tonight 12/15/18 because I am so annoyed . I am doing research now and considering returning the tv and purchasing another tv. Maybe this is why the original owner returned this tv in the first place. Once again, the picture is top- notch but if the tv is going to shut off on me during a video game or more important for me, a live sporting even I can’t live with that. I am perplexed as to how VIZIO has allowed this glitch to continue. I have a friend with a 65 inch vizio P series and he told me that he deals with these issues regularly too.

https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/vizio/p-series-2018 used this to help narrow down the selection of TV's that were on sale for black friday and the VIzio did not disappoint at all Using a NAS setup with plex I have no issues streaming full 1080p, 4k streams over plex via NAS setup but subs break encoding so using standalone desktop for 4k streaming. 4k works amazing and the features built into the tv really made me wish i had gotten this set sooner, the smart cast app is nice for quick changes to picture settings such as the backlight settings and everything else

This is a great TV for the price. Nice and clear picture, pretty easy to set up. I have it hooked up to AppleTV 4k, FireStick, And will have 4k Panasonic player hooked up for blu-rays and uhd 4K dics soon.

I absolutely love this TV! The colors are amazing! I have a 4K Blu-Ray player connected to this and I can’t believe how good regular Blu-Ray’s look! Very easy to set up. WIFI works great! Love it!

Based on various reviews (The Wirecutter was one, if I recall correctly), I looked at this unit, it looked great in-store and has been working perfectly for me. Packaging was solid, setup was easy. Picture quality seems strong to me, works well for digital video content and PS4 game content. If I had to pick nits, I find it easier to work with the interface of the Fire Stick I've attached to it than the built-in apps, but that's a relatively minor quibble, I bought this to be a great home display, and it's doing its job very well at an entirely reasonable price.

I use this tv for my gaming hobby. It is very clear and has an awesome picture. Yiu can definitely tell the difference between playing in hd and 4k hdr.

This Premium TV was purchased to replace an Element HD TV purchased from Walmart a mere 4 years ago. and now the LED strips were burned out. After considerable research, the TV Shop said Element did not even make replacement parts for it. We did considerable research on Consumer Reports as to the various models and reliability. Long story short, Adriane, the Assistant Manager at Best Buy thoroughly explained one model TV from the other, sound bars, stands, etc. The TV is the best picture we have ever had and we purchased the 5 yr warranty as well.

This TV is great for the price. Colors are nice and came set quite bright, so we easily adjusted the settings. Watching the Prem (soccer) is clear as day and smooth as silk. TV shows look great. Netflix streaming is even better. No experience with 4K blue rays and the like but I’m sure it’ll look great. Overall, very happy with this tv and didn’t break the bank

Currently only use the TV for streaming Hulu,Netflix, and Prime. I have never used it for anything else. Works great. Picture looks so real it took me a while to get.used to it. Only downside is that the first 30 seconds streaming I can see the pixels! Annoying but not sure if that is my download speed. I hear this is not the best TV for gaming...but I have no clue

After spending months researching tv's in my price range, I was leaning towards a tcl 6 series but I'm so glad I decided not to play the panel lottery and went with the p series from vizio.ive never had a vizio before and never had one with fald.its a game changer, the tv gets super bright and no visible banding.i have to go back now and watch all my favorite movies again in division.games on the Xbox onex look amazing.it has great motion handling.looks just as good as top end lg and Sony tv's side by side.

Vizio again makes a great Tv are great prices. I chose vizio because of my great experience with my Vizio M series 2016. Great Tv for gaming and great Picture quality with deep blacks. Highly recommended. I used rting to help me make my decision to stick with vizio as well as past experiences.

Can't go wrong with the price point. 5 HDMI's, good HDR, very low gaming input lag. The actual 120hz refresh rate is great for sports and easy to swap TV picture modes and calibrate.

Easy setup, dont like the OS. Sound is not good. Need to buy sound bar.

I am very pleased with this television. It has a very good picture. The only minor complaint that I have is that sometimes it seems that it is slow to connect to the Smartcast and the internet. This does not happen all the time and may have more to do with my internet service.

Very happy with the purchase so far. 4K HDR content looks excellent. Contrast is much better than our other 4K TV with FALD. Love the the TV has both HDR 10 and Dolby Vision.
