Only complaint is the input for my cable box sometimes is not recognized and I have to reset it. Overall happy with the purchase though.

In store pick up was streamlined and moved quickly...was in and out in 15 minutes. Will continue shopping Best Buy for all my electronic and appliance needs, as always.

My second tv with no issues. I have xbox series x hook to it. With great graphics .. this tv hold its own. I would recommend it.

Tv takes a while to turn on. And sometimes doesent turn on at all. Picture quality is good UNTIL you have a black background then some of the colors bleed into the black. I also used it for my series X and screen feels a bit shaky when I return to home. If you have the extra cash, Spend on better quality tv. Will be returning and buying an LG nano cell from Costco instead.

Vizio's Gaming Mess

Way faster also more gaming features. Huge cons: TVs OS has many glitches Dobly Vizion when starting a game on Xbox Series X makes the screen black then glitches then the game starts. You can't seamlessly turn off VRR the whole Tv freezes and sometimes is out for a few minutes. The fast power up takes 15-20 seconds, you also don't know if the TV is turning off or on. 1 in 5 chance that the TV does nothing. Inputs disconnect on the xbox randomly. Simply no excuse it is a "Pro gaming Engine, " it can't even seamlessly switch thought games. I will most likely be returning looks great, but the "Gaming Engine" got me very disappeared.
