I loved how I could manage the backlighting and brightness for nighttime viewing. The user interface is awesome, Vizio's smartcast and apps are really great. However I had to return this TV because it would lock up after I turned it off with the remote. Attempting to power back on with the remote would not work, so I had to hard reset the TV with the surge protector in order to reboot successfully. Otherwise it would of received 5 stars. Best buy did refund the purchase with ease so they should get 5 stars for that at least.

Good Picture/Sound Quality. Chromecast NOT working

It's perfect for a living room experience. The only issue I have is with the Chromecast. It takes a while to connect the PC/laptop. The screen will freeze on the TV within few seconds after connecting via Chromecast even though the stream continues to work on the system. Vizio Support couldn't figure it out either.

I bought it for my bedroom and it’s been everything I could ask for. It ran into some problems downloading updates but Vizio tech support did a great job walking me through restarting it and stayed on the line until it was up and running. It has run like a top ever since.
