Currently, there is NO support for 4K @120hz. They do not provide any timelines or meaningful updates on when it will be fixed. I love the set and the colors are great, but I bought this TV specifically for my PS5 and it's useless in that sense now. Thanks, Vizio! Definitely not recommending your TVs to anyone, ever!

Great picture quality is what we were looking for and it’s what we got! No special apps, sound bars or gadgets needed for this tv. Better than any LED or plasma we’ve ever owned and with the sale price we got, a def good buy! If you’re a serious movie app and video gamer go with the Sony OLED, but otherwise this is a good investment!

TV works great but was missing the power cord and the item was brand new. I researched it on the internet and discovered that it is a systemic problem from the manufacturer that has never been told to the consumer. VERY SAD on the part of VIZEO otherwise great tv

Great technology and TV, however there still appears to be some software glitches with the remote and smart apps slowing down, acting erratically, and locking up after a while, necessitating a power down/power up reboot. Happens mainly on Netflix and the smart apps menus.

    Pros mentioned:
    Picture

This is my first "smart TV" purchase. I struggled to figure out which TV to get and I settled on the OLED from Vizio after a friend told me that Vizio always had the best picture quality. I got the TV yesterday, set it up, hooked it up to my Comcast cable box via HDMI and Roku via HDMI. While watching DateLine on Comcast for about 20 minutes, got a message saying that there was an update and the TV would have to reboot (bummer-- just at the good part too). TV rebooted and started watching program again, and then all of the sudden the picture locks up. The remote would allow me to change inputs NOR turn off the TV. Here's the kicker - the power button behind the TV wouldn't turn off the TV either. Only me unplugging the TV from the power source caused the TV to come back on when I plugged it back in. Next day (today)... I turned on TV to get the serial number to open up a chat case with Vizio and while in the 'Menu', I went to 'System' and then 'Voice Remote'. I immediately got a GREY screen with the message "We are experincing a technical problem (1). Please wait... If the problem persists, restart your TV using Menu, Admin & Privacy and selecting 'Reboot TV' So to summarize : BRAND NEW TV FROM BEST BUY, PULLED BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX WITH SUPER SENSITIVE GINGER CARE WHILE SETTING UP, AND IN TWO DAYS, TWO PROBLEMS, ONE OF WHICH REMINDS ME OF Windows 95 (always locking up/always rebooting).... Overall Verdict = BAD NEWS. I will reach out to Vizio customer service to see what they can do. Otherwise, at least BestBuy gives me a 15 day window to return/replace/refund.

The picture quality of the TV is remarkable and it is nice having a lot of flexibility but the inputs and the software are terrible. The TV has to be reset often because it will not turn on or sync with the sound bar and because this is the best that the firmware is there’s literally nothing you can do about it. Visio is literally selling you a TV that has software that simply is not finished and does not work properly. You are experimenting as soon as you open this TV in your house. Not cool!

The tv is great, easy to set up. It has tons of apps and some that have free content which would eventually pay for the tv itself. I was a little worried when I played a game on my Xbox One where the screen would go black while I was playing a game but the tv has a variable refresh rate and the Xbox also has variable refresh rate which I’m assuming messed with the communication between the two so I turned it off on the Xbox and it worked. The real test of the tv will be when I hook up the new Xbox Series X on launch day because I was one of the lucky ones to get a preorder from Best Buy, since this tv offers all the features to get the most out of the new Xbox Series X.

The picture wasn't as good as my QLED Samsungs. But what I didn't like was how hard it was to connect my HMDI's to the back of the TV. The labels was hard to see and their was a lot of screen crawl in the picture. One other thing is that this tv is very fragile with all the warning they give you.

The picture is up there with the best oleds. But there are multiple issues that are a deal breakers. The tv will not power up sometimes, requiring a hard reset. After unplugging and plugging back in i sometimes have issues with a "no hdmi signal" messages, i upgraded the cable to hdmi 2.1 for 4k60hz hdr gaming. I thought upgrading the cable would help but i still have the same issue. Sometimes the screen gets stuck on a solid green screen and i have to use the menu to switch between hdmi mode between 1.4 or 2.1 or auto. Sometimes i have to factory reset the entire tv to get the hdmi port to recognize the signal again. I stopped logging into all my apps and wifi again because it was such a chore. Variable refresh rate does not work at all, never has. The firmware updates apparently make it all worse from what i read. But when everything does work it has a great picture, until you have to factory reset all over again. Some people have had some or none of the issues i have, but i can only speak to my experience.

Amazing TV! The only competition are other OLEDs. Vizio has some growing pains with their first OLED TV but if you can find this on sale it really can't be beat. I'm confident that whatever can be fixed by updates will happen soon enough. Even the LG OLED with more mature software have unfixable gaming issues this year. So unless you want to wait another year you might as well pick this one up and be blown away by the value of this TV. The smartcast feature is really cool in my opinion. I'd recommend a protection plan just in case. OLED can be sensitive TVs especially if you accidentally forget it paused on a static screen or watch news, sports, television with static logos or elements.

    Pros mentioned:
    Design, Picture
    Cons mentioned:
    Connections, Sound quality

So first thing is first, the picture on this TV uses the same glass as LG and is beautiful. No problems with actual picture quality. The software, particularly the CEC and connection software, is straight trash though. Any new connection will lack sound unless I discover devices in the CEC menu and reboot the TV. They advertise VRR but it’s not implemented yet (supposedly will be patched in). The EDID it sends to a PC disabled PC 5.1 surround sound because it thinks the TV can’t do 5.1 pass through (which it can and works when the sound works). Vizio is notorious for janky software. SmartCast is fine for a smart TV interface, like the tv software it’s a bit janky though. The one positive over the LG is it supports airplay for iOS and Chromecast out the box while the LG, or at least my B7, has jank software support for casting. A great TV that will probably go toe to toe with LG OLEDs once Vizio actually updates it to its full potential (hopefully after investing in a better QA department).

I purchased this brand new on February 20, 2021 expecting kinks to be somewhat resolved. My experience started good, was very impressed with the packaging and physical design of the product. That’s where it ends. I went to plug it in and the wrong power cord was in the box. This was a brand new, factory sealed product. I had to run to Best Buy and they provided me with their Insignia cord to at least use it. The second problem was using my Xbox Series X. Freesync and VRR are NOT fixed regardless of the January patch. VRR tears like crazy. Also the Xbox and TV do not properly hand shake and lock lots of options. The last and BIGGEST problem. The TV will NOT turn back on after turning off without unplugging and power cycling it. Every single time. I already swapped it out for another unit. Same problem. Vizio, respond by addressing and fixing this, not by advising me to call your support that has no resolution because of your lack of focusing on a firmware update to fix this broken model. You have a great product with beautiful screen and design, now focus more on supporting it than selling it.

    Pros mentioned:
    Price

Nice Oled TV but it doesn't work for PS5 or Xbox the screen turns black when trying to play 120hz doesn't have enough apps or the most common ones. Its good only for movies not to bad for the price.

Pictures as good as you could get The only reason why they don't have it as a five-star is trying to run Plex the video is very choppy on the original high bitrate my solution is to just hook up my Nvidia shield and run Plex off that device and just use the TV as in but all the other apps work very well

I am more than happy with it. Best TV I have ever owned. The picture is beyond amazing. All of problems people have been complaining about have been fixed with the last firmware update. It does lack Bluetooth, but then again your saving $500 from the other brands that have it. I do not regret buying this TV at all.
