The picture quality is good. No problem on setting it up. We have a Visio sound bar so the sound quality is good also. My only complaint is that they have very limited streaming apps and their service rep told me that there is no way to download more apps, therefore I can’t get my cable streaming app and have to cast everything. I have found casting to be hit and miss, sometimes it will take me several attempts to get a stable connection that doesn’t freeze up on me whether it is cast or airplay. I doubt I would buy this tv again nor recommend it. Fix the app issue and yea….a great tv!

This is why I hate reviewing. I love the TV. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT VIEWING FROM THE SIDES, but in the size room it’s In it isn’t bad. So, I would recommend this TV, but be aware of edge viewing.

I owned a Vizio TV in the past and saw this one at a price that was hard to resist. It had all of the essential bells and whistles and it has performed admirably. The picture quality is great and the variety of apps available through SmartCast is more than adequate. Setup was fast and easy and I have enjoyed streaming a variety of programs since setting the TV up. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Works great. Fits well in our small family room entertainment center. Good value on Black Friday. Picture is clear and sharp. Setup was extremely easy with the wizard menu. I got this model because it has old school RCA audio output to use with my old school home theater setup. A very good value for this size of TV.

Okay what sold me on this tv was going into Target and looking at TVs, the Visio looked pretty good, I checked online and Best Buy has this model it was newer, so I went to Best Buy and looked at the TVs. The Visios were the best looking TVs which IMHO is shocking because I favored the Samsung coming into the store. So got the TV, hooked it up, the built in apps are crazy numerous, I still haven’t went through them all, switching between them is instant. The app you can download to a smart phone can replace the remote if you wish, it’s kind of nice to be in another room to just turn it on and get an app ready for our 3 year old before he gets into the room. The picture quality is the best I have seen, and I am including the 8k that was on display at the store, it should not be that good, but it is.

Couldn't be happier with this TV. Easy setup with Wi-Fi, simple hook-up to my home theater system. Love the picture quality and the price was terrific....... used my birthday discount along with other incentives and I came in several hundred dollars under my budget. Wonderful TV at twice the price

Very good TV for $399 price range. Has most streaming services installed, except HBO Max. But that can be added. Good speaker volume. But motion capability and sharpness is average. Has multiple inputs, (HDMI, USB, etc.)

The price. The picture. This TV is totally worth it. I love that I can get to all my streaming apps easily. I can even screen mirror from my phone (which I can't do on my LG or my old Samsung smh). Absolutely recommend. And for the price...u can't beat it!

At this price of 340 its a good deal coz its a 55 inch tv with 3 hdmi ports and tv looks good but thats about it. Don’t expect great picture quality or sound quality. In some cases picture quality is worst than my 5 years old tv. Smart os does not look and feel modern feels dated. Remote is also dated my old tvs remote have modern features than this one.

Loving the SmartCass. It saves me time and money being able to look up a series and immediately know in which app or streaming service is available and whether is free or how much to rent/buy it. Great product for an unbeatable price. Quality sound and perfect image.

Awesome TV, great value! Connects to 5G Wifi @ 100Mbps on average. The built in Chromecast has trouble streaming high bit rate audio so those files have to be converted/downgraded.

Cheap, OK display, Good build quality

It's an average budget tv. The build quality is good, but the picture quality is just ok. I came from a 43" 1080p ONN brand tv($150). At first I was happy with the size upgrade and the 4k picture. After having it a few days I am starting to see why it's a budget tv. First, the most noticable is the uniformity of the display. On the left and right edges of the screen the is a brighter light coming through about an inch and half from each side. Then directly next to the bright parts, there is dark line again about an inch and a half. The rest of the screen is pretty good other than that. Again, not to noticable but once you see it you can't unsee it. Next is the actual picture quality. I thought being 4k, the upscaled 1080p would look a lot cleaner, but I was wrong. Picture seems more grainy than my 1080p. The colors don't seem as vibrant either. And this is comparing to 1080p walmart brand tv. I'm gonna keep it, but I'll probably look for a different brand or give myself a higher budget next time. Lastly, I don't use the smart cast as I use my 4k Fire stick. So I can't comment on that. Decent purchase if you aren't nitpicking.

We were happy with our initial meeting at the store in southwest Tucson, Az. which was the 18th of July. The TV was not in stock and we agreed to wait until July 29th. The day before the TV was to be delivered we were informed that the TV was no longer available. Thanks. I made a phone call that day, and to make a long story shorter, that phone call lasted 2 hours and 55 minutes. We did not get the unit we wanted but one that was comparable to the one we wanted and that one was delivered to us on August 6, 2020. The two men who came were very helpful and did what they were instructed to do. We did not receive an owners manual so there were no instructions to assist in. After much trial and error we got everything fixed except for one VERY bothersome issue. We have to listen to a lady tell us what the volume is being set at and we can not shut her up. Please help. The TV is a Samsung un55tu7000FXZA.

So perfect for us that we bought 2, one to go over our home bar and one for our grandson. Researched different models and features before deciding on this one. Appreciate the value Best Buy give for customer service and problem solving and there pricing was competitive. Store pick up order was handled efficiently and without contact.

Pleased with the product overall with the exception of it not being compatible with Sling TV. I later learned that no Visio TV is. Very inconvenient to the extent that I had to drop Sling for Hulu. Other than that the price was right.
