Jacob and Dakota from Geek Squad set it up for us and had us up and running in about an hour. They responded an an appropriate timeframe to an issue we had also. We have had a number of Visio set and have been pleased with all. Thank you!

This new one replaced a Vizio that was in our living room, perfect fit, easy to switch out, great features and peloaded with lots of extras!

It also had a bad burning smell. Visio support tried to fix and had to schedule a technician to come to the house. I decided to return the television and get a different brand. Would not buy this brand again as I don’t want my house to burn down.

Overall decent TV
