    The color was terrible even after trying to adjust it manually also the HDMI jacks worked intermittently. Had to return it.

    Received as Xmas gift 2021. Black screen. Sound. Tried all resets. Nothing worked. Piece of garbage product I had to factory reset numerous times. Customer service useless

    Not worth it. Bad sound, bad picture

    I wanted to like this TV. However, there is a constant problem with the sound/lips not syncing. I reboot it all the time. The sound goes out altogether, which causes another reboot. Now, there is a four inch high horizontal band of light that goes across the bottom of the TV every 5-8 seconds. Rebooting did not fix it. Not worth the money for poor sound and poor picture.

If the lip sync is off while watching content on your favorite apps, that indicates that we would want to troubleshoot network connections.     Lack of Vizion

    Two years or less of average use, you will be amazed at Vizio's lack of quality while watching a program, when you see a rainbow of vertical lines and you no longer have a program. You call Vizio support, and they tell say to you, you can either call a TV repairman or buy a new TV.

    Seemed like a bargain and worked great until the picture totally went out after 13 months-1 month after 1 year warranty expired! Hanging in my living room now completely dead & Vizio support can’t help me.
