And no, the screen is not cracked at all. Got a geek squad protection and they don’t want to honor it properly.

Had to exchange it due to the screen flickering. Then the replacement started flickering (august 23). Now vizio is sending me a refund. Avoid vizio.

The picture is good and the smart apps are all easily used and good to navigate through. My biggest issue is, I bought the TV to unleash the true 4K abilities of an Xbox One S. Come to find out, without having known this, that the Vizio TVs have a well documented issue of a flickering black screen when connecting 4K with an Xbox One S. So the main reason I got the TV is now out the window and I use it only for TV. Very disappointed

Everything is on the screen so if I want to watch Netflix or Prime or whatever I want it's right there (and being 64 years old and "technology challegned" this is important for me). I have one in every room of my houses (and I have three houses plus a beach house I rent out). Obviously I am a big Vizio fan!
