Got the TV. Picture was great. Sound is not so great but if you have a sound bar it is not too bad. My problem came when I noticed a bunch of horizontal lines on the bottom of my screen. I wasn't too worried because I thought it was still under manufacturers warranty. Checked my order history and my warranty expired exactly a week before this issue. So now I have a one year old TV with lines going through it. Extremely disappointed in Vizio and from now on will stick with Sony or Samsung. For anyone thinking of purchasing a Visio, do not do it. My friend had a Visio and her's crapped out a little over a year old.

This TV sucks. There is nothing outwardly terrible about it, but the user experience is terrible. It freezes a lot, does not work very well with either ChromeCast or AirPlay, and randomly assigns Closed Captioning. These all seem like uncommon glitches, though. The worst part about this TV is its complete lack of shame in plugging everything you don't want. The interface is a constantly shifting advertisement for Vizio's own apps and those of companies that have paid Vizio to push their channels/apps on the Vizio home screen. Every time you turn on the TV, it is a fight to get to what you actually want. Forget about a smart TV that is learning and prioritizing the apps you use the most. This TV is marketing of bottom feeder content first, user experience second.

Satisfied with the TV, good picture quality, sound quality is fair. The issue I had was with the delivery being delayed - they finally were successful on the third date. I contacted Best Buy, they got in touch with the third party delivery company to mitigate the no shows. They also compensated me with a gift card.

Streaming services on this tv are fixed, some popular services such as EPIX can’t be downloaded into the tv menu. When customer services was contacted there was very little assistance provided. The quality of the picture is great but without the individual preference programming it’s a minus. The input menu is not friendly user.

This 58" Vizio replaces my older 55" of another brand. The colors are a little less sharp than I would have expected but I understand the V series is entry level and you get more from the M series. All in all it is a great buy for the price and I am enjoying the Vizio app it comes with

Overall I did like the TV and I did like the way the Smart tv format was displayed. I did return this TV not because of something wrong with the TV but something that BestBuy had in the description, and wasn't actually a feature this TV offered. Under the description where the different categories listed the features offered, where connectivity is listed, according to the list bluetooth was enabled on this set. However after getting the TV home and going through the settings and features menu, it didn't. I also contacted vizio support and they informed me this TV or any other they made didn't have bluetooth on them, So beware of features listed, they may not actually be included.

Picture quality is ok but color definition could be better. Sound quality is good. Has all the apps I need. Overall I'd say its a good bedroom tv. I would look at a different brand tv for a living room setting.
