Terrible Picture, Terrible Exchang Policy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just before warranty ran out, was having lots of audio issues. Then a software update fixed them and the warranty ran out. Then started having pixelated lines running along bottom of screen which has grown to about 12" wide. Under Best Buy GS plan, Best Buy said will only give $30.00 less than what I paid. So, paid $89.99 for the GS plan, and will lose $30 in exchange value, for a total value loss of $120. Had to trade up and pay more to get this Vizio after another Best Buy TV purchase went bad. Seems everything Best Buy Sells is not meant to last. They make money off the service contracts, selling you a TV, and then take value away as when you need to do a warranty exchange. Horrible value, I don't recommend Vizio, don't recommend Best Buy. So disappointed with the process.
