    We're having issues with netflix finding and spotify stressing connected. Huge TV, decent quality, but we aren't thrilled with connectivity issues.

    Within two weeks I experienced multiple audio issues (no audio at all on multiple occasions, crackling audio), video issues (SmartCast menu failing to load without a reboot) and a power issue (loud buzzing hum while in Vizio menu and much louder buzz when in Roku menu). These issues got worse so I decided to take it off my wall and return it. Very glad I did and and much happier with Samsung 7 Series.

    Very nice TV. Super easy to set up. The only problem I had with the unit is that I subscribe to Spectrum and this TV does not allow you to get the app.

    Love this tv. I'm a 75 year old grandmother and with a little ingenuity was able to unpackage and set up this 58" tv on a stand. With the onscreen instructions, it took about 10 minutes to have this tv operational with my cable.

    I bought this to get the newer Smart TV features but are somewhat disappointed with the picture. It looks nice until you move off center 15 to 20 degrees and it then looks washed out. Our other Vizio doesn't do that. I had difficulty getting the TV channels to play after scanning since it's a little different from the other Vizio. I called the Best Buy store where we had purchased it an hour earlier and they transferred me to their Geek Squad for help. They then wanted to charge me $149 to come out and check things out. WHAT????? Just let me know what I'm doing wrong. Nope, they needed to come out. I hung up and packed the TV up to return it for a refund and go elsewhere. They called me back and gave me a phone number for the Vizio tech support who was able to help me out. I'm impressed with Best Buy just not the way they would like me to be.

    I received delivery on this item Dec 28th 2020 by best buy. Recently the volume has not been working. In order for me to get it working I need to reboot the television. I would like to know why the sound is going out when its new. Now I was trying to see if I can return it and I saw I passed the return date.
