It is not for someone that is not up to date with smart phone or who does not have a smart phone. I returned this TV to Best Buy.

Based on feedback provided by customers like you, we’ve released an update for VIZIO SmartCast Home Theater Displays that adds onscreen access to all of the settings and makes apps accessible directly from the display. This update will download automatically to your display if it’s connected to the internet and let you know with an onscreen message when it’s downloaded. Once the update has been downloaded simply press the ‘Input’ button on your VIZIO remote control, and choose the input labeled ‘SmartCast’.

Good quality picture, bad chrome cast
