We use this TV as a performance monitor in the office and so far have had no issues with it. Product was easily mountable and screen is clear for everyone here in our building. Would buy again!

Dont be fooled by the low price!
1st off we had a 55" Vizio 4k and it died 2 weeks after warranty just lasted over a year. So we upgraded to this TV and the picture is so grainy and even 4K YouTube videos are low quality!
We stream all content on Gig Speed service with Ethernet direct to TV so its not the signal that is the reason for low quality 4K.
Not having a tuner also sucks as you have to use your smart phone and the app and not as many apps for Apple users.
We returned it for LG 60" 4K much better picture!

Thank you for your feedback. There are a few different things that affect picture quality. One thing is ambient lighting. If there are lights on in the room that can make the picture not look as bright as it would if it were in a darker room. Another thing is the type of content being watched. If content was filmed or is being broadcast in a lower resolution it can cause the picture to look grainy. Another big factor to picture quality is personal preference. Because of this our displays come with preloaded picture modes like Calibrated, Vivid, and Standard that can be customized and changed through the VIZIO SmartCast App.

VIZIO SmartCast Display's allow cord cutters access to thousands of Chromecast-capable applications through the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. This includes many major network apps, streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, home media apps such as Plex, and the ability to cast a Chrome Tab from the Chrome browser on a computer. While an external tuner is required to watch over the air programming, sold separately, the VIZIO SmartCast platform enables our customer’s access to non-traditional viewing methods for cord cutters.

Bought this TV and a little over a year later, one LED went out causing a cloudy black rectangle on the display. Now it's got 6 cloudy black areas on it and it's not even 3 years old. Now I'm stuck having to get it repaired on my own dime. I just hope my E-40 and E-50 don't develop have the same problems.

I bought the tv in August 2017 and the tv screen stopped working in the middle of a show in March 2018. I called Vizio because the tv was still under warranty. Two weeks later I received a refurbished tv as a replacement. A couple of hours after I received the refurbished tv, I noticed several lines running down the left side of the screen. I then called vizio again. I now have to wait an additional two weeks for another replacement. This has been an extremely frustrating and drawn out process.

I bought this TV E60 and after 2 years the screen developed dark shadows in upper right corner. Contacted Visio. They offered a couple trouble shooting ideas which didn’t work. I contacted customer service again and their solution was to offer to sell me another TV. Not much less than I could purchase in the store. I bought a Vizio because the store tech said it’s very dependable and Vizio stands behind their product. I disagree and wish now I would have purchased a Samsung.

TV died after 6 months. Still under warranty, but vizio would not back their product. offered a smaller 50" tv at a discount to replace and wouldn't even offer to replace same size. Last Vizio I will ever purchase. Google 'vizio' and 'pop', you will see this is a known problem and vizio won't even acknowledge or even replace during the warranty period. Buyer beware
