I wanted to get a bigger TV, but my 42' Vizio 720 p still has an impressive picture. Plus, this is a Monitor, not a TV (no tuner). But since over Air (antenna) channels are very limited in my area and I have cable any way, what the heck, I went for it. Totally happy with my choice. the 1080p w/ High Dynamic range is a VERY noticeable improvement. The thing was easy to set up, the android tablet control is cool. and casting programing from my tablet or smart phone to the 65 inch Monitor is a snap. Completely happy w/ this. Oh, AND Best Buy matched a lower price. The free delivery arrived when they said it would w/ a call from the delivery guys that morning to confirm the time they would be on site.

I have been researching this display and the Vizio P series for quite some time. After reading countless reviews and articles, I decided on the M series due to my limited budget. This display was picked as the value product of the year by a leading a/v publication. I have to say that HDR really does make a difference. Combine HDR with a full array local dimming LED panel with 64 zones and you have one awesome picture. It took some tweaking, as all displays do, but it is worth it as the picture is fantastic. Deep blacks and excellent shadow detail that just can't be produced by an edge lit panel. I highly recommend this display. I love the tablet remote, as it lets me run all my a/v gear from the apps on the tablet. Get this at Best Buy and you won't be sorry.

Fantastic TV!! Crisp clear picture, easy setup and love the tablet remote. The built in Chromecast is a great feature and really enhances the functionality of this tv. The Vizio M class is a fantastic line of televisions.

The picture on the tv is unbelievable in 4K. I think it still looks great when watching traditional Blu Rays and DVDs. Some reviewers said the picture quality looked bad when watching non HD content but I disagree. The picture is obviously not as good as UHD, but I still think the content looks good. The only thing I do not like about the tv is the tablet. You essentially have to find the program you want to watch on the tablet from the streaming provider and then cast it to the tv. I like when you can search for programming on the actual tv. It's hard to tell what quality you are watching the programming in on the tv (UHD, HD, etc.) when you are casting from the tablet. Plus if the tablet breaks you cannot use the smart television functionality.

I finally took my step into 4K & HDR. I can say my Blu-ray or Xbox one isn't pumping out 4K but the TV does juice out everything it can everything is so crisp, sharp, and fast. As a gamer the colors and all are more vivid than ever and everything is so refined. I'm going to have to upgrade to 4k devices. The tablet could have had more but is a great addition. I'm caught using the standard remote more tho. Once casting 4K videos on there you can truly see what your paying for. I highly recommend this TV to anyone wanting to jump into great picture quality and not break the bank.

I wanted a HDR TV and this actually is a great TV, no its by no means an OLED but then again this is $2,000 less too. That said Great picture quality. I wish there were more TV channels that broadcast in HDR so I can really get my moneys worth. I previously owned a Vizio. They have great customer service. I Cant afford an OLED so this is the next best thing in the $1,200 bracket. I would buy this again

The tv looks great and is noticeably clearer and more detailed even with non-4K media. I recommend using the vivid setting instead of the standard (dull and dark). The 4 backlights were glitchy the first few days but it went away once the tv was out of the box a few days. The only issue is the remote keeps desynching itself so it will simulcast one day but not the next.

We did our research on the brand (not this specific model) before buying this tv. The price is fantastic for what you get. The picture is amazing, and overall we're very happy with this TV. Our main problem is with the tablet remote. The tv and tablet unpair every time the tv is turned off, so if you want to watch netflix or hulu or one of the other apps, you have to go through the entire pairing process in order to get it to work. You can use your smart phone in place of the tablet, but on top of draining your battery, you can't get too far away from the tv or it will unpair, and you're back at square one. Our other issue with with the USB ports. FYI they cannot be used to play video files on a USB. This is disappointing to me as it's one of the reasons we chose this tv over another model (this one has 2 USB ports). I'm hopeful these issues will be resolved in a future software update. Until then, we're using Apple TV as a more convenient way to access Netflix, hulu, etc.

The TV has a brilliant picture. Everything casts now so you can cast Netflix, YouTube, etc in 4K. The TV has 5Ghz 802.11AC for the wifi which is really stong in the TV but a lot weaker in the included tablet. The Vizio App can be loaded on your iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android device so you really don't need the included tablet. I did find the streaming apps work a lot better in this model then the M65-C3. Definante improvement. I use DirecTV and the picture is always brilliant, vibrant, and with a 120Hz refresh rate native, the live action always looks perfect, no pixilation. Very easy TV to recommend.

The picture is great. The picture options are plentiful. The tablet remote, however, is a but cumbersome. It'll take some getting used to, but the TV also comes with a basic remote so you don't always have to rely on the tablet. The sound system has NO bass, so if you like a fuller sound, you'll need an external sound system.

Very nice picture quality for the price point. Bright picture in well lit room. Remote a little wonky at times connecting but not detrimental to the over all quality. Easy to cast movies and videos to the television. This set is basically a monitor, no tuner or smart TV functions and you remote works as the brains of the TV.

VERY happy with the quality of this TV. As with other reviews, note the sound is HORRIBLE; but really, if you have a 65" TV, are you just listening to the TV speakers? I have them off and use a surround sound system, so it doesn't really matter to me. I really don't like the tablet remote; has little storage to download TV/movie apps. However, they did come out with a regular TV remote....much better. I'll just steam from my phone, if needed, instead of the tablet.

Great dynamic picture.. TV remote set-up can be a bit challenging. Still trying to figure out all of the functions on the Vizio Smart cast. Packaging for television does not include a lot of information, so you will need go online for more detailed instructions Excellent product for a great price.

The picture and sound quality are good and when I can get any truly high definition playing on it you can definitely notice a difference in the blacks and clarity. Interlaced resolution does make static wording on commercials, etc appear to be lined a bit but progressive resolutions are fine.

I was skeptical at first when going to Vizio but I was not disappointed. I do have a problem with the tablet connecting to the TV - it never wants to connect and I always have to start it over like its a brand new TV. Other than that I love the picture it produces!

We had some issues with the first one we had, but it could have been a lemon. We exchanged it (which is tough to get a 65 inch tv back and forth a 2nd time to and from the store)... The 2nd one is doing much better, though it is making a slight buzz on the back of the set, they are sending a tech out to take a look. The picture is really good and it does BOTH kinds of HDR, Dolby Vision and HDR10, so it works with UHD blu rays, PS4 Pro and Xbox One S. I am honestly not a huge fan of the tablet remote and casting apps to the tv, I would rather have them built in, but that is *to each his own*. Overall the picture is great and once you get past the "learn" how to use the tablet casting remote you should be good to go.

This tv had pretty much met all my expectations and may have surpassed it in some aspects. Slightly above average entry level 4K TV. As long as you have realistic expectations for what you're paying for, this TV has great bang for your buck. You just have to wait for a good deal to come by. Pros: Relatively affordable Great motion and picture quality Handles reflections really well Unnecessary but super cool tablet remote Cons: Can't get that bright (more of a bummer than I thought it would be) After images when the image goes to a black screen Chromecast can get glitchy sometimes The legs have a weird look to it but won't be a problem if you decide to mount the tv VIZIO smart cast interface can get glitchy and isn't as user friendly as I would have hoped. Vizio has "smart interactivity" which sort of takes notes of what you're watching but you can turn it off.
