Great quality for a great price.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My family doesn’t watch tv that often. We usually watch Netflix and amazon video. This tv was priced right and for the quality was ideal. We love our tv and don’t have any issues with the smart casting. Setting up the tv was another easy feature that we appreciated.

Great quality picture/easy set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased our last 46 inch Sony Smart tv from Best Buy 11 years ago and it was a good tv which still works great, we just wanted to get a bigger tv and 4K picture quality. So we decided to purchase another tv, but this time going with a Vizio. We are NOT disappointed! We have a smaller Vizio and love it and other family members have had good experiences with Vizio as well. This purchase has been no exception...great picture quality, easy set up and overall, we are very satisfied with everything about this 65 inch. The only upgrade we would like to add in the future is a nice 5.1 soundbar which I know Vizio and Sony both have some great options in that category! The soundbar will definitely be a wonderful enhancement to the quality of sound, (although the tv sound is good) especially for movies, soundtracks, etc. I would highly recommend the Vizio or Sony brands! We are very satisfied consumers and would highly recommend either brand!

Works Great with the Apple TV and HomePod
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this TV for almost 3 years and it has been fantastic. I had actually bought a more expensive 4K HDR Samsung first but I didn’t like the picture quality. So I returned it and bought this one. This Vizio put it to shame. The brightness is excellent and the colors really pop. It also works GREAT with an Apple TV. The new silver Apple TV remote power button turns it on and off. Plus, it has ARC audio pass through so that my my HomePod will play anything that is on the TV. My only quibble is that I wish it had darker blacks or more dimming zones. But that’s not a big deal to me.

Nearly a great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I choose this Vizio TV over the similar size, function and priced Samsung because it has Google Chromecast built in, but the drawback is that it does not include Sling as one of the applications for the "Smart" TV functionality. This is also the entry level TV for this size which uses 12 back light panels compared to more (not sure how many) for the next level TV. The problem is that you can easily see these 12 light sections if the background is dark but words or some other small areas of movement (like the little processing circle that is popular when the internet is buffering) is on screen the back lighting follows the movement which looks weird. I would also say that the black is not quite as good in regular mode as compared to the demo mode so a little washed out in regular viewing situations and program. Otherwise the image looks good.

Amazing Picture for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a lot of research I decided to finally upgrade the TV set in my Game Room to a larger 65" model. This TV barely fit inside my Jeep Cherokee but once we got it home the picture really blew us away. A couple of quick notes because there are much more detailed reviews out there: Pros: Great Picture (and it has Dolby Vision) Hitting the info button actually tells you if HDR is being shown (unlike Samsung) Lots of inputs on the back Xbox 1X games play great without having to fiddle with different modes Cons: The stands are at the very edge with no other positions, so make sure your TV stand is very long The USB port does not turn off when the TV turns off, so if you use LED bias lighting this is kind of a pain The design off the back of the TV is a bit ugly when compared to Samsung, but it's covered for my purposes so not a huge deal

Great Buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Great picture Great sound East access apps Chromecast is integrated into TV. Great overall buy!!! Cons: Doesn't come with bolts to mount it to the bracket... or if it did, they were way too short, so be prepared. We had to go buy bolts. Maybe they expected us to be buying a mounting bracket too. This was a replacement TV so that was kind of a pain. Another minor con, just for me... there isn't a sleep timer button on the remote. You have to go through an ordeal to turn the timer on. Just a peeve of mine. I'm still trying to figure out how to set a nightly timer for it. I would still recommend it 100%

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think it is quite premature to judge on the reliability of this tv since I have bought it a month ago. So far I like it but one thing I’m doing to prolong it’s life is by running the backlight to only 15 and not more than 20 and it is just bright enough for me. Believe me if I tell you that this things won’t last at all if you use it with the backlight all the way up over driving the LED beads causing premature failure. Picture is quite good after calibration plus I love the detailed graphics when I watch 4k content from YouTube. User interface is decent.

Great price for a tv this size
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big screen, bright screen, really really nice .This tv is awsome. The feature I use on it mostly is to cast content from my smartphone to the tv. Apps such as; Directvnow, Starz, OWN, and many other apps can be cast to the tv. Some apps aren't available to download to the Vizio, so you will have to look for apps that can cast to the tv, such as the ones I described previously. Keep in mind that you will most likely cast in 720p, there's a slim chance of 1080p depending on the program and app you use, but the picture still looks great. The sound is good and doesn't really have to be turned up loud to really hear it, and it has an option to play in surroundsound. You can also cast your smatphone screen to the tv as well. There are many settings to configure how you want the screen to look like, like auto dimming and settings to make the black colors look really black. I have had no problems with the television since I've had it. You won't regret buying this tv.

Great tv for a cheap price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking around for the best deal I could find for a 65" TV. Got this for $550 and I don't regret it at all. Awesome picture, bright screen and dark blacks. Lots of settings for picture calibration which you can alter to your liking. Built in Chromecast is an amazing feature and works very quickly. It also has 4 HDMI ports which is awesome. The dedicated apps such as Netflix and Amazon Video are quick and similar to their webapps so they're easy to use. Highly recommended if you're in a tighter budget.

Excellent value!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a 12 year old 42” Vizio. Stuck with the same brand due to price, lack of problems with the older TV, and that they are a US-based company. Picture quality is astounding! I’m sure you can find better, but it would be difficult to find it at this price. Installation was a breeze, and everything works as you’d expect. Now I just need a 4K blu-ray player! (online sources look great though.) Would definitely recommend both this model and Vizio as a brand in general.

Great quality
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this last year and it’s been a great TV. The picture quality is really nice, as to be expected from Visio. The only issue that I have is that the volume needs to be up pretty high to hear anything. We bought a sound bar so that’s helped tremendously. Most TVs, though, at 65” need a separate sound bar. Other than that, I have no complaints. I’d recommend it.

Unbelievable TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research before I purchased this TV. It was to replace a 52 Inch Plasma and the picture and features blows away any TV I looked at or reviewed. The sound is not the best, but I have a sound system that makes the TV and sound as if I'm in a Theater !!! You won't go wrong with this purchase. Easy to hang and setup. Even my wife who doesn't watch much TV couldn't believe the picture. Streaming the Amazon Prime and Netflix 4K broadcasting will BLOW YOU AWAY !!!

Good economy tv to watch sports, games, and movies
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm old enough to remember when there was no cable, internet, flat screen, hd, digital signal, or all of these other features we have today. Also I remember sitting behind or the side of the tv holding rabbit ears (antenna) to get a picture or owning a black and white TV. Basically any tv now has a much better picture than I had in the past. I bought this tv because I have a good history with Vizio. So good that right now I have three Vizio TVs in my house, one being 10 years old and the other four years. I have Vizio surround sound 5.1 with a 40in soundbar in my livingroom. A single 38in 3.0 soundbar in my master room. This is my first my 4k tv, and I like it. One of the main reasons why I like this tv and other vizio products is because of price, and the quality it comes with it. I read other reviewers and how to adjust the settings of these Vizio products to get the most out of it. When I adjusted the settings I was more impressed with the sounds and especially the picture at a inexpensive price. If you are not too much into the fine details, colors, or picture of some of these more expensive tvs than you can save a lot of money on this tv. I will let it goes with this. If this tv gives me problems between now and the next couple of years, I will hold Vizio feet to the fire and complain to them over the phone and in written. Also I will report back here to show my disappointment with this tv. As of today, I truely recommend this tv and other Vizio products for people on a budget.

Awesome Quality!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little hesitant to make this purchase at first due to the mixed reviews I read online. However, I am so happy that I bit the bullet, the quality you get from this tv for the price I paid is so incredible. The only complaint I have is the volume varies from one output to the other, and I find myself needing to adjust it often when switching, however not the biggest deal. Would recommend this tv!

Great Picture for the $$
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with this Vizio TV. Great picture, the sound is ok. I mostly use my receiver for sound. Googled settings for Vizio and came across several threads on settings. They made a good base to start with and I tweaked them from there until I found my preference. My Xbox One looks fantastic on this screen. You can't beat the value for the price. I highly recommend this TV.
