It does what a smart television is supposed to do; however, the sound quality is not the most clear and the picture quality isn’t the best. I have an older model Sony Bravia and I truly appreciate it. Also, one cannot download apps that are not already there, so you rely heavily on casting to the television from other devices. Vizio did not meet my expectation with the claim the make to being the best. I wonder what the comparison was.

I had a warranty but forgot. Not sure I would have used it on these tv anyway. Great picture, just don't expect it to be in the best shape in 2 or so years. Will never buy another Vizio.

I returned it for my current Sony. This tv was bought for my in laws who are a lot less picky on picture quality. The problem with both Vizio TVs is the pixelization in very dark scenes. It seems worse viewing non 4k content but that is 95% of the time. It must have something to do with the upconversion that my Sony excels at. Other than that the 4k picture quality is pretty good.

Posted .Hello Mvitoff, thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.
