This hdmi cord worked perfect in in last tv. Remote made real cheap. You would think heavy for this big of tv thin and cover falls off a lot.

Nice size tv but not so good picture quality

Its pixelated especially when you first turn it on. I wanted to return it, but I threw the box away. Now, im stuck to deal with a tv I've only had for 3wks.

Posted .Hello Acer, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. If still not working please contact our customer support at 877-878-4946 for assistance with your television.

Unfortunately I found this TV was super glitchy when trying to jump from app to app. Even loading Netflix or any of the other popular apps would take over a minute to open. I even tried plugging my eathernet directly to the TV, hoping it would fix the lag issue. Nothing seemed to make this issue better. Took this TV back in exchange for a TCL brand, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch.

It's a smart TV so there's lots of options, just wasn't happy with the colors of the screen
