    Cable connect to HDMI loose or something cable goes on off have to move get cable connection. This hdmi cord worked perfect in in last tv. Remote made real cheap. You would think heavy for this big of tv thin and cover falls off a lot.

    Nice size tv but not so good picture quality

    The tv is a nice size. But the picture quality isnt good. Its pixelated especially when you first turn it on. I wanted to return it, but I threw the box away. Now, im stuck to deal with a tv I've only had for 3wks.

      Hello Acer, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.     Was a nice tv until back light start goiing out at 15 months old. Bestbuy and Vizio were no help. Never buy Vizio again !!!!

    I was super excited to get this TV. I thought it would be better quality than a TCL TV brand. Unfortunately I found this TV was super glitchy when trying to jump from app to app. Even loading Netflix or any of the other popular apps would take over a minute to open. I even tried plugging my eathernet directly to the TV, hoping it would fix the lag issue. Nothing seemed to make this issue better. Took this TV back in exchange for a TCL brand, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch.

    The television was ok at first but now it cuts off on it on. I cant take it back because the employee didnt put my insurance on it. So it was a waist.

    I exchange this for the Samsung TV because the colors on the Vizio just werent bright. It's a smart TV so there's lots of options, just wasn't happy with the colors of the screen

    Had it since 2018 didn’t use it until 2019 and it went out this year in September. I love my tv geek squad came out and fixed it & it works like new
