Very sleek design, not overly impressive but nice and lite weight. The clarity is not entirely what I was expecting, not blown away, but WAY better then your average $300-$500 TV. A definite upgrade for sure on a low-to-mid range budget. What's pretty cool is the Free Vizio TV channels thru wireless connection. Not exactly something to go crazy and buy a TV over, just a pretty cool plus. 4 HDMI Ports are another sweet plus, so you don't have to switch cables as frequent or at all. Can watch all you Prime or Netflix etc. videos without ever having to use a Play Station or computer at all. Installation went smooth, not much to it besides setting up the internet. Have to have basic knowledge of internet connecting. ISSUES: First 36 hrs had a very very tiny section of pixels go out, so I brought it back for a return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing at the very least the minimum protection like I did, it came in handy. Trust me on this. Only pain was repacking and bringing it to the store. The second TV is a few weeks in now and I'm getting some sort of screen "tear" but with those static lines that show up when your TV or cable is going bad. Right now, I'm assuming it's the HDMI cable. However, there is some cause for concern whether the quality of this model is built to last or built well at all... hmm. Only other problem, not a big fan of the volume capabilities. Have to crank it up quite of bit to hear it without absolute certainty, but that might be because I'm probably going deaf--who knows. Anyways, love playing Call of Duty and Madden on it. Nice size TV for the price and quality. Vizio generally does well. Hope this helps.

Bought this a year and a half ago. Very conveniently, just outside my 1 year warranty, power is dead and won't turn on. Vizio does not help in any way. Worst customer service I've dealt with. Also, when the TV was working, had constant problems with the smarcast apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) constant crashing. You could watch 15 minutes of a show then the whole TV crashes. I'll never buy Vizio again.

Second tv purchase from Best Buy and both were defective. Both had insurance purchased on original order, however the original one was swapped out for a slightly smaller size, and the customer rep cancelled out the insurance purchase unbeknownst to me. Company would not stand behind replacing first tv. Second tv purchased (Vizio 65”) had a digital line through it from day one, though was replaced within a few days.

To cost $800, this Vizio TV comes with a slew of hardware issues. For starters, the black light/power board constantly goes out. Secondly, there is a common intermittent audio loss issue. And finally, the display on the tv isn’t as nice as it seems in the store. I would not purchase this brand again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Hello screwston7i3, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (blu-ray player, game system) is capable of 4K resolution, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO

I had very poor judgement when it came to this purchase. I know better than this. Pay the money get what you want. Get the Samsungs, Toshibas, Sonys etc ... Otherwise, you'll find yourself returning it the next day like I did.

You get what you pay for. There’s a reason this tv is $300-400 less than other 4K HDR TVs. The picture is dark and the colors are washed out. Red looks like orange. Do not buy this tv. I returned mine. BUY THE P SERIES! It’s great.
