Cheap TV

Had the TV a little over a year and the TV itself is good, picture is good and sound was good. Except now the sound will cut out for 10-45 sec randomly multiple times a day. No matter what you’re watching or using for audio (sound bar). It’s very frustrating

Picture was great when first purchased (after having to get a replacement for first purchase which had lines on the screen after 2 weeks). So now after a little over a year the picture quality, clarity and sharpness have steadily diminished. Now that I’m just out of warranty of course. I’ve tried two new sets of hdmi cables and also a new directv box, cables and satellite dish. Quality is poor. Black colors are blurry, picture is no longer sharp and screen appears pixelated. I’ve tried adjusting the picture every way possible. This is my 3rd vizio and definitely my last. I will be switching to LG or Samsung

I purchased this tv and was really excited got it home in time for the big game and no tv legs for my tv stand. Very frustrated as I was told to bring the tv back. After wrestling it back just got my money back and ordered a TCL 6 series. I gave Vizio a chance but they let me down.

Had TV little over a month not very impressed. Have a 55 inch 4k m series and picture on that is way better. Going to probably change it for the P series. Cheaper is not always better!

Hello Eric, thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Horrible product. Starting turning on and off on it's own after only 1 year and a half of owning, called Vizio and they were super rude. Customer service "Yep, it's broken and your out of warranty sorry can't help you" "You should just get it fixed or buy a new tv" Wow, really? Pay the extra money and go with a better company!

No TV Guide for Over the Air TV

This only applies to those who watch over-the-air TV from an antenna. The E65-F1 doesn't have a TV Guide that lists the channels, and what show is on each channel. I use it all the time to see what show is on when. I consider this a basic, and absolutely necessary feature. My old cheap TV has a channel guide, and the tuner box I owned before it had one. I would not have bought this TV had I known, and I may return it.

VIZIO stopped including a guide in our television as most cable and satellite companies require a box that has a guide built in.

My husband and I have had this TV for 2 months now and it is complete GARBAGE. It consistently malfunctions. It also stalks and tracks your internet browser. READ THE DETAILS BEFORE AGREEING when setting it up should you make the grave mistake of buying this....thing.
