Best Buy home delivery was very good. Set-up was easy (although you need a lot of room just to get it out of the box) - but, the feet attach easily - especially when you have two people. Very nice color and picture quality. No troubles so far. The Smart TV features are a big improvement over the older Sony. Great price, too!

Blown Away By This "Value Class" TV

Not great or even good for that matter, get a sound bar. Having Google Home built in is awesome, it also can do Alexa they say. All the features for the Smart portion of the TVwork as expected and pretty simple to figure out. I'm surprised this is a value class TV for all the features it packs and the build quality. Best TV you'll find under 1,000 dollars in my opinion.

The remote is small & congested w/ exit button near arrows for typing, always exit screen and start over, frustrating. Also, has only 2 hdmi inputs. The 1st hdmi splitter I bought did not work? I would look for a more friendly tv as far as upgrades/options.

The "smart" interface leaves something to be desired. We purchased it to replace an LG 55" 4K TV that had been damaged by lightning. Compared to the LG, Vizio's interface is actually better, but I'm used to Roku's interface and prefer it. Overall, the streaming services available seem in line with other comparable TVs, but they all could be better.
