I love my vizio tv it is the best without a doubt,

It has a very bright and vivid picture definitely better than the V-Series tv’s

Sound and picture quality are great... until the TV flickers unexpectedly to a black screen. The issue started happening within the first month of use. Luckily, I reported the issue to Vizio within 90 days of my purchase so I am enrolled in the warranty program now (was unaware I only had 90 days until I called Vizio support - probably in fine print somewhere). However, after many phone calls to Vizio tech support, and trouble shooting (changing Roku devices, HDMI cords, HDMI ports etc) the TV still flickers to a black screen. I was told twice by Vizio support that the TV would be replaced, only to receive calls back saying it would not in fact be replaced and that we have to provide more information on the issue. Now they require a video of the flickering issue, despite the fact it happens randomly and unannounced - so I'm unsure how I will be able to provide this video, but I will figure it out as I don't want a broken brand new TV. We put a lot of money towards a TV that does not work, and Vizio is making us jump through hoops now to get the issue resolved. It is a shame, Vizio has been a trusted brand for us for several years and we bought this particular TV because of that. But now, I would not recommend this particular model or a Vizio TV to anyone after what we have gone through with our purchase.

This TV is mounted in my bedroom and it’s amazing.

Picture quality and clarity is amazing! Very easy to setup and program remote. I loved how all my apps and more were already available without me having to download anything. Also, must mention the price couldn’t be beat!

Outstanding picture, especially in a bright room. Sound is great with my sound bar, does anyone use tv speakers these days? Only very minor quibble: remote is sparce on buttons, voice control works fine I'm just not used to it.

Excellent tv, this is really a smart tv, does not need any setup box every streaming service available just one click away from your remote, also voice command, easy setup also, great price, recommended.

Great budget big screen. Easy to set up. Thin bezel is beautiful. But be aware it only has 3 HDMI ports, if you have a soundbar and a gaming console you are down to 1.

Great TV! The picture quality is excellent and it was dirt simple to set up. I’m usually a Roku guy but the streaming apps on this thing are easy to use and very responsive. Very happy with this purchase.

This smart TV is very good and has several advantages and features on it including numerous apps. And the photo quality is excellent i recommend it to any one eho values quality and value for money.

Excellent TV! The picture is very vibrant the colors on everything pops but not too bright just perfect. More choices so many abs I can find anything in the world anywhere on the web to watch TV It is amazing and they all work excellent not like other TVs that I have tried All these apps work perfect on this TV. My salesman Mr Miles was fantastic he went over and beyond to help me pick out the right TV that I wanted and he did a excellent job. He even went out of his way to help me get this huge TV in my car. I am somewhat handicapped and he helped me by getting me a wheelchair where I could roll around and look at all of the TVs that Best Buy has in stock and on the walls he even helped roll me around the store. I was very impressed by Mr Miles my salesman.

The TV has exceeded my expectations. Picture is great although it’s a little bright at night(I need to learn how to adjust settings) and the sound is almost better than my sound bar. For the money it’s the best TV.

I had a 13 year old 47" TV that "died" on me and I needed a replacement. I had purchased a 55" Vizio M Series TV from Best Buy about 18 months ago and had been well pleased with it, so I started looking at Vizio's as well as some other brands but kept coming back to this Vizio M Series model and placed the order. While I thought my old TV still had a pretty good picture before it died, the difference in technology and picture quality is truly amazing. The Vizio is very user friendly and the picture is clear and crisp. The sound quality is good and what you would expect from flat screen TV speakers, but I did pair both of my Vizio TV's to Vizio soundbars and it really enhanced the functionality and enjoyment of them.

Looks amazing! For the price, really can’t be beaten. I own an LG nano cell tv and I would compare this pretty close to that one. Definitely getting a soundbar though but that’s to be expected nowadays!

This is a really nice picture! 65" QLED just jumps out at you. I have added a Vizio 2.1 sound bar to enhance the experience. I had first ordered it online with home delivery, but there was a little bug (yes, an insect) between the front and the LED screen. Best Buy was happy to replace it. However, there were problems with the online exchange and home delivery of the replacement TV, so I just took it to the nearest Best Buy store and they cheerfully and promptly helped me - unloading, replacing, and re-loading my car with the new TV. That store experience and the great picture totally overwhelmed the difficult online delivery issues. This was a great buy and a great TV!

Really good TV. Clarity and sound is good. 2 months in and so far so good. Finding Bluetooth capability was slightly difficult without the manual but other than TV a good capable TV.
