This TV was real glitchy and slow, it took about 40 mins just to update the firmware, the loading screen was too slow even when switching to a different input, the image was decent but not impressive. The audio was terrible, I don’t know if i got a defective item, but just after a few days of purchase the Tv froze on an update, so I had to return it. Overall i was disappointed with this product and Ill give it a Two stars due to the competitive price.

TV is nice overall. I personally prefer a setup without having to purchase additional equipment. A soundbar would be needed with this device. When using other HDMI connections, the sound is poor and need to be on mid 20's or above 30 to be adequately heard.

I purchased this TV from Rockwall Best Buy and the TV was severely cracked when i unboxed the item. Brought the TV Back within hours and the manager said i damaged the TV and he would not return it or exchange it.

TV is a disappointment, always has to be unplugged to reset. Constantly turns on by itself. Sometimes you here sound but TV is off.
I’ve been using Visio for 12 years. This is my 8th set (Vizio). I will not give up on this company, one bad TV
