My first OLED purchase. I've got Vizio TV's in 3 rooms in the house. Always thought they were a great value for the price and with this one dropping $500 to $1499 it was a great time to buy. Love the solid middle stand instead of the cheap "legs" near the edges that most large TV's have these days. This allowed me to use the smaller current cabinet I had my previous '55 inch on without the bother of having to mount it!

This TV wasn’t for me and I returned it which Best Buy made a pleasure to do. However I really liked the stand and the picture itself is pretty good. Not great but almost. If you’re buying it for the sale price I can almost see the value. But I find the “smart cast” operating system to be insufferable. Maybe if you’re using it for gaming or with a Roku you won’t care.

Picture is excellent. Many advertised features don't work out of the box, including the much hyped 4k @ 120. Vizio says a firmware update is coming but communication beyond that has been vague. VRR also doesn't work. I'd hold off on this until ensurint the features advertised actually work.

Great TV! Thought it had a motion issue at first but it turns out it's just something with Disney plus as everything else looks beautiful. The settings take a little playing around with but for the price and it being an OLED, you really can't beat it as it will out performs the x950. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an OLED but not wanting to dish out the extra $500.

I have been buying vizio tvs for years. They have always worked flawlessly for me. This one is vizios first oled and I must say it has a beautiful picture and has that premium look. That being said some features are not working yet. I expect them to get everything working like they always do. Hood job vizio. Ps I ended up getting 500 off with a price match which made it an even better value.

Great picture. Terrible app interface and feature functionality. The OLED display is gorgeous. The blacks are pure and contrast levels make the TV almost worth the headache that is Vizio's terrible quality control. Almost..The first issue I have is that the Smart home function only appears 5/10 times when I use the TV. It's really annoying to have a smart TV that you can't even stream basic apps on. The second issue is with the airplay function. The airplay stream regularly cuts in and out and frequently blasts my TV volume out of nowhere. I wish I could learn to live with these issues because at $1500, you won't find a better budget OLED, but the lack of quality is where you end up paying. I plan on taking my TV down off the mount, boxing it up, and returning it to Best Buy tomorrow for a brand that actually performs QC on their items. It might cost me more, but at least I won't be constantly frustrated at a very expensive black frame on the wall.

I think this is just as good as the lg. It uses the same panel and still boasts allot of the same specs. Also if I’m not mistaken this tv has hdmi 2.1 where the lg doesn’t. I’m very impressed and pleased with my purchase especially since I got a great deal. Would recommend to any level of consumer.

We love this TV. It's not as heavy as our previous TV, and the thin bevel makes it look sleek, but you have to be careful when moving it. Picture quality is great! It has rich blacks and contrast, and doesn't have a ton of glare in direct sunlight like our previous Plasma. The built-in streaming is convenient, and we like the built-in apps, though there are some common ones missing.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. The color and display are stunning! Super easy to install and looks amazing with our PS4 games as well as 4K streaming shows and movies. I've always been a fan of Vizio TVs, but this OLED screen clarity is unmatched, and we are super pleased. Only complaint is there is no HBO app and you have to stream it, but that's pretty minor.

This TV has great color and sound. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

Stunning picture and excellent for gaming. I’d have a hard time believing another panel looks better than this one. There were some software issues but they seem to have been fixed. If you want to spend an extra $500-800 on a Sony or lg for better software I get it but I couldn’t justify that personally.

I was impressed at first but when I got home and it was on the stand I couldn’t stop looking at the tv the metal frame is Strong very well designed and the gameplay on console next gen is so smooth I’m so happy with this tv thank you Best Buy ! And your employees helped me with everything perfectly.

Just love the picture for movies and gaming if you want a great tv

Absolutely beautiful tv!! I just bought this to pair with my new xbox series x and I do not regret emptying my pockets. One thing I will add is that when i change the resolution for games that support 120 fps, the hdmi channel will sometimes mess up and become unavailable. I’ve looked into it and I think I need a Vizio brand hdmi ultra speed cable. But other than that, this Tv was definitely worth the price.

I have had this TV for almost a year. The software bugs makes this TV unusable. Every time they send a software update, something else breaks down and it always makes things worse. I do not even use its own operating system to watch things and I use an Apple TV through hdmi, but this TV still randomly freezes and screen flashes (cables and the device are fine). You have to get up, unplug the TV, plug back again and wait awhile. When watching some content, the volume menu randomly appears as if someone is constantly changing the volume up and down but the actual volume you hear is the same. Every single time I turn on the TV, after a minute or so, the screen flashes and you get a massive "Sound bar found and set up" warning that won't go away on its own. When this happens, the TV freezes and you cannot get rid of this for 30 seconds. Bunch of button presses later, it may go away. If not, you have to get up unplug/plug. Every time you want to watch something on this TV, you have to follow a procedure and need to spend a few minutes to get it going. Anyone besides me trying to turn on this TV just gets frustrated and gives up. There are also some bugs with brightness control. Sometimes it is extremely bright that it hurts your eyes, sometimes it is so dark that you can barely see anything. This happens under the same room light conditions. I have to get into the settings to tweak things very frequently in the hopes that it gets better. The software bugs are just a shame because the TV otherwise has a very good picture quality. But the software issues are horrible and Vizio cannot seem to fix them for years, and there is no hope for the future.

The TV is great for the most part. The picture is amazing but it seems to just go black out of nowhere and won't turn back on. I have to unplug it to power cycle it to get it to turn back on. So that's not great. Happens enough to be super annoying.

Good panel, I dont use the UI but for my parents that are over 50+ love the display, I paired it with an apple tv 4k HDR. No issues so far, this is my second Vizio oled, (own a 55") as well and it help up 14 months later. Recommend for watching HDR content

I wanted an oled tv for years but the price just wasn't right but now I was ready this tv was $1999.99 on sale for $1499.99 a great deal at the time I've just bought the elevate sound bar and need this tv to go with it but after but 3 of these tv's that broke after one day of use I had to go with the lg oled they would get to hot and turn off and the only way they would come back on was to unplug the tv. If it wasn't for this problem it would be awesome tv with the sound bar, I think I just got bad tv's but 3 time times I couldn't do it any more this happens often with oled tv panels hope you have better luck with this brand.

I upgraded from an 8 yr old 1080p and the side by side difference is amazing and the difference is a visible bump compared to even top selling LED models. The colors are bright the image is super clean. There are numerous features to help you avoid burn in but for the vast majority of people it is not an issue to worry about. I don't think you'll find this much quality or a better image in another TV until you hit the 3.5K price range. Vizio is really packing a lot into these at low prices to try to carve out a section of the OLED market. *WARNING* for those who want 4k with high refresh rates(PS5 XBOX series X) or 4k with 7.1 + sound set ups, you need that 48Gbps hdmi cable. That is not an issue with the TV it's an issue with your current cables lack of bandwidth.

Amazing picture but I had issues with my new Xbox Series X, some games would give me a green screen and not display right, I believe this was fixed with an update. The price is right and the picture is outstanding if your watching movies.
