great visual/performance tv. oled is beautiful but there’s a few software issues with this tv that needs to be fixed.

I’m giving it a fair rating because it has some serious improving that needs to happen on the firmware side. Picture is great. Getting it to consistently show that picture is another story. It seems like it has a lot of handshaking errors with any HDMI 2.1 or E-ARC features. Oddly enough, I don’t have any of the issues I see people have with next gen consoles. My PS5 seems to work fine. But I also don’t have any 4K 120fps games right now either. So that may be why. The issues I run into are freezing. It constantly freezes when turning off the TV. It gets stuck on the black screen no matter what I do after turning it off. Power indicator will come on when I try to turn it on but just a black screen. Only way to get it to work is to flip the power on the surge protector. It sometimes won’t send signal to my sound bar. Some times after turning it “off” it’ll continue to play the audio from whatever it was that I was watching. It’s always showing me a notification about discovering a sound bar and setting up the remote for it. Even though the sound bar has been hooked up from day 1 of getting the tv. It’s a great looking tv but needs some serious attention from Vizio on the firmware. If they can get their act together, this would be a killer tv for the price. But until then, I would recommend passing on this.

sounds amazing with my earc sound bar, looks great at 120/4K. black levels are perfect no issues so far

Best value OLED on the market. The picture quality of this TV is amazing. All the benefits of an OLED picture at a great price point.

Amazing picture quality. Easy to set up. Used counter stand instead of wall mount. Biggest pain is adding Alexa control

Great picture most of the time, but ever so often it gets pixelated. Also it rotates a white line at the very top or very bottom on the screen.

Great for the price! Best Value Oled available! Waiting on Vizio to update the VRR bug but once that happens it’ll be best in class!

There is an issue with raised black levels, with showing patches of light bleed all over a completely black image. Being a OLED and only slightly cheaper than the premium brands this is unacceptable as that is the main reason to buy an OLED. Hopefully this can be corrected with a firmware update Pronto.

When I pay $1,650 for a tv I expect it to: work without glitches, with no reboots and loss of sound, and also be able to connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones. This tv does not do any of it. Software needs improvement. It’s buggy, sound clicks annoyingly every time I switch from my PS4 to tv, airplay works half the time. And it doesn’t have Bluetooth(!). It’s 2020 guys, come on. The picture quality is awesome though. Returning this one for A8H.

I have been watching this Vizio for a while to check prices waiting for Black Friday. Went to a Best Buy to check the Picture Quality and was very impressed. Discovered Best Best Price Guarantee so I bought the TV online with the BB Credit to get 12 months 0% Interest. Yep! Went on sale for Black Friday $300 cheaper. Went in with my paperwork and they credited my account. Very Impressed so far with both the TV and Best Buy.

Great TV for an inexpensive OLED and actually has better black image quality than most other OLEDs (don’t listen to the ratings website as they are extremely biased...you know the ones that will but a $200 Samsung soundbar as a better buy then any SONOS product that would blow it out of the water). If budget is an issue but you want an OLED, get this but it is a VIZIO so get the warranty. Also, BestBuy is the only warranty to cover burn in so definitely buy from BestBuy

I read some of the complaints on this TV. I don't know what they're talking about. Use the Rtings.com recommend settings and it looks fantastic. Most noticable feature is the anti-reflection coating they put on this is amazing. Noticably amazing. Bright living room, no glare what-so-ever. It's a great buy in my opinion. Nothing better than OLED either. Only recommendation, get yourself a GoogleTV or AppleTV instead of using the built in smart apps.

My first OLED TV and the TV is remarkable especially with 4K movies and the new next gen systems. The color is great and the TV is fluid. The cold is bright and the black is excellent. It displays well with my Apple 4K TV and the series X. I recommend this TV to anyone looking for an OLED and for a good price. The OLED burn in theory is greatly reduced because the TV has built in protection against it. Just don't watch CNN or other programs with headliners for 24 hours a day

There can be image retention if you watch the news a lot, but it does go away. Other than it’s a great OLED tv.
