Like may others have mentioned in their reviews, the picture is great. But everything else is awful, this TV is full of bugs that have not been addressed in the almost year since this tv has been release. Some of the most basic features of the TV do not work. - Sometimes the TV just doesn't power on - The settings are not retained between power cycles (particularly the luminance settings. - Casting and Homekit work intermittently. For a platform called "Smartcast" Do you like a TV that powers on and remembers its settings? This TV is not for you. This doesn't seem to be a problem related to my particular unit, you can look at other reviews that seem to have the same problems where they have gotten replacements and it hasn't solved the issue. It's embarrassing and probably criminal that Vizio that they would sell a TV in this state. Worst of all neither Best Buy nor Vizio will take responsibility for selling a broken product. I simply want a refund but they hide behind it being outside of the return window. Which shouldn't apply to selling a defective product and advertising features that don't work.

Only issue is the os needs a firmware update to fix some glitches. But picture after tweaking is amazing.

Great picture! Bright color. Extremely satisfied. I recommend it.

Very Good TV. No issues so far 1 month in. I was concerned that given this is not a major brand it would not perform, but it works excellent. The only minor issue is the Operating System. This works great for my business presentations and conference calls.

Pretty good picture, but I’m exchanging for the LG CX because it is a better TV and is now cheaper.

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for new OLED tech at an affordable price. All negative reviews you see are because people do not know how to adjust a few settings or do any research to become better aware of picture settings for specific content. Wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger on this TV again for another room in the house!

The UI is a little clunky but the picture is great. Right on par with the LG oled models.

Purchased this because it had great reviews and was at a great price (on sale). Did all my homework. The TV and picture are great. My problem started on the second day. It wouldn't turn on. I had updated the firmware on setup, so I knew it wasn't that. I tried what was recommended online (Holding down buttons etc) but it didn't work. Finally I just unplugged it, waited 60 seconds and plugged it back in and it turned on. The problem was, it wasn't a fluke. It happen shortly after that again. So, it is a great picture with a great picture (as all the 5 stars note) but (like all the 1 stars note) it has issues that don't seem to be worked out. You're taking a chance. I returned mine and upgraded. Best Buy was great about all of it.

Fantastic picture, but the instructions could be easier. The TV though is very easy to set up and works like a charm with all streaming services (i have tried) with the included app. I don't know about the speakers as i have a true 5.1 system so don't know how the TV sounds on it's own, but it finall showed me what 4K can do.

Beautiful OLED !! ... Dont let the haters fool you who just hate on the BRAND !! .... If you can get this for a good price ... GET IT !!! (LG ACTUALLY MAKES THIS OLED PANEL ! THE PANEL IS THE SAME !If its running the same price as LG OLED ... Get the LG) other than that ... Jump into OLED at an affordable price !!

We love our new TV Pros - great picture - good sound when we aren't using surround sound - cool styling - simple remote - so far its been great for gaming Cons - strong glare makes daytime viewing in a room with a window tricky - and it wobbles on its stand when someone walks across these old floors - probably better wall mounted

looks great, colors are amazing. But having issues with PS5 game system, there's a conflict between TV and PS5, a lot of settings are greyed out and can't be adjusted, this is the only reason for the three stars

Solid tv. There are better oleds but this has the best price. You won't be disappointed.

This television had a number of issues right out of the box. I had trouble powering it on. Most of the time it would require me to unplug and plug it back in order to get it going. The second issue i was having is that it wouldn't always recognize that my device was plugged in. More often than not I would have to reset everything multiple times to make things work. The last issue I had was some times the picture colors would be way off and almost all green or I would just get some weird screen. Again reseting it multiple times would usually fix it. Other than that when it was running properly it had the best picture I have ever seen.

Love my Vizio!! Got the protection just in case but everything looks great. Sure there are a couple bugs to pan out... but LG has been having the same issues for the past 5 years and haven’t gotten it fixed. Vizio is a good company. Just give them time to fix software. You won’t be disappointed especially at this price point!
