Excellent picture quality. I’ve owned this for a few months and they have still not fixed the biggest issue. Whenever hdmi2.1 is used (maybe more conditions too): when the tv is turned off and then back on again, it must be reset to display the hdmi2.1 device again.

Excellent picture Quality! TRUE BLACK WITH ANAZING COLORS! Had a problem with Vizio and product warranty, But the service manager at the Industry store defused a heated situation and made it ALL GOOD!! I believe his name was John! Heads up to a great manager!

It is no exaggeration to say this is the most frustrating tech product I have ever owned. As other reviewers note, the picture quality on this OLED TV is outstanding… when it actually works, which is infrequent. Sometimes, the TV refuses to turn on and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Sometimes, the screen repeatedly blinks or it just goes black (but audio continues) during playback. Sometimes the TV refuses to play sound through the sound bar and I have to go through the set up process to establish a connection. Any combination of these issues happens on a daily basis. Unfortunately, these problems started when Vizio rolled out a firmware update after my return window closed, and they have been very slow to roll out additional updates to fix what previous updates broke. I have read numerous similar complaints on Vizio forums, so I believe my experience is not unusual. There is great potential with this product, but buggy firmware ruins the user experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this television.

The picture quality is amazing. Going from an LCD to this is definitely a big difference. I bought this TV in hopes to use with the Xbox series X so I look forward to testing out the 120hz and 4K settings. The sound isn’t all that special so definitely hook it up to a surround sound system or sound bar.

I got this TV when it was $500 dollars off regular price and I dont regret it at all. I probably would get it at regular price. My only grip is that you can't directly connect Bluetooth headphones like you can with LG or Samsung.. but it has an amazing picture so it's worth the price!

Not a bad picture but hard to notice any difference from a good LCD panel. Terrible software. Known firmware issues that do not get fixed. HDR broken. Unit will not save settings you set. For example power mode always defaults back to power save mode which means it takes forever for the TV to turn on. Also intermittent problem that the TV won’t turn on at all unless you unplug and wait. Don’t buy. If want OLED spend a little more for a company that knows what they are doing.

Beautiful picture! Looks great at every angle and easy setup.

This TV has eye-popping color contrast. It was extremely well packaged and easy to set-up with 2 people. The menu accessed from the remote is easy to understand and easy to navigate and change settings to your individual preferences. I don’t have a single complaint.

This is a great TV. I have been reading about OLED TV;s and the quality of the picture in the VIZIO is amazing. I definitely would recommend if you are looking for a new TV. The prices are higher but the images are so much clearer.

Upgraded from the 2017 Vizio P Series (which I also loved) and it was worth every penny. Experiencing a few firmware issues here and there but overall it’s the best TV I’ve ever purchased. Picture quality is amazing. Much, much better than the Samsung Q80T I exchanged for this.

Great for the money got it $500 off and compared to my LG CX it's 90% as good for way less $$ black levels are on par I feel however it falls short on brightness.. isn't as bright and the Vizio apps and the app home screen layout aren't quite as good imo.

The Vizio OLED is great for HDR gaming. It has a near-instant response time and low input lag. There's VRR support but it doesn't work and there's screen tearing. HDR content looks excellent because it displays a wide color gamut and has an infinite contrast ratio,

This a great OLED TV with sharp pictures and vibrant colors. Vizio has come to the fore now and has become the equal of its competitors, Samsung & LG while offering lower prices. I'd recommend also purchasing a soundbar to enhance your viewing experience.

I have had Vizio TV’s before and have always been happy with them. I purchased this one for my son as a gift and he is very pleased with it. The salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable and was great assisting us. We are happy customers!

Love the TV and the picture quality is unparalleled. Only issue is sometimes (about once a month), when moving between cable and other inputs it gets confused and goes black. The only consistent way to get it to reset is to unplug it.

Great TV. Lots of bells and whistles. Replacing an older Vizio, I wanted a TV with the same access audio jacks. Living in a ranch style home, the 65 inch is a great addition and I am looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
