Picture quality and the sound are great from this tv. Of course it’s a Oled tv so that was expected. However, having a tv in 2021 without Bluetooth just isn’t making sense to me. Most external sound system are linked to the tvs via Bluetooth.. the smart cast operating system is really slow. The tv goes on sleep mode while you are watching something on YouTube! Sometimes you try to turn it on and it just takes ages to do that. If you were watching something, pause it to do something when you come back for most part I had to unplug from power and plug in back on because nothing responded.

Incredible picture and value if just watching TV. I no longer own it as the gaming items weren't fully functional. They may be now with the continued updates I hear it has received.

So far picture quality has been stunning from my first OLED experiences, minus a couple handoff issues with eARC and switching inputs as well as waiting on an update for proper VRR support at 4k 120hz. Mostly woes of early adoption will update once updates push on TV!

Amazing TV. Picture is great and the 65 inch is perfect for my front room. Only one small issue with the power. Sometimes when I power the TV on there is no picture and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Not sure why this happens.

I have had this TV for a little less than 2 weeks. It worked well out of the box. The operating system was okay, and the picture looks great. After about 1 week, the software began to act strange. If you switched the input to an attached device, the TV would not return to the home screen without unplugging the TV. I called Vizio tech support. They of course wanted to try a factory reset. After the call, the TV is worse than ever. If you turn it off with the remote, the only way to get the TV to come back on is to unplug it. A TV repair is now scheduled. This may take up to two weeks to occur.

    Returning TVs isn’t fun

Purchased this two days ago. Came home and spent multiple hours mounting it to the wall, setting up all the picture settings for SDR/HDR and started testing it out on multiple content. At first, I was very happy with the picture and thought how great a deal this was. There was some issues with motion (choppiness) when the camera would pan (like in Planet Earth) but it didn’t distract me too much. Another somewhat minor issue were that my settings were not saving until multiple attempts and sometimes would then randomly change. Then the deal breaker happened when I turned the TV off and it would turn on with no picture. The only way to resolve this was to turn off all power to the tv then it would work once but happen again after I turned the TV off. I went through this testing for 30 minutes and it kept happening. I will add this issue seemed to disappear the next morning but I wasn’t risking keeping this TV after seeing the power issues on the first day of getting it! Even as a lower cost option to Oled you’d expect a $1500 + TV to be able to turn on and off without issue. I knew I could deal with the other issues listed in other reviews but the power one is inexcusable. Back to the store it went after spending all that time setting it up then taking it down… very frustrating!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this tv. The picture was great but not worth all the frustration and hassle I had to deal with.

I love the picture quality. This is my third VIZIO tv. All have had good panels but this OLED is beautiful. I watch and re-watch space-faring sci-fi movies often. OLED is the best way to get those black space scapes to display the way they should. I'm not an avid gamer but I appreciate having 2 HDMI inputs with the latest gaming interface. I used to always use my Apple TV box for streaming. With the Apple TV app built into the smart system of the TV, I never have to find my Apple remote. I wish the TV would have come with the VIZIO voice remote though.

I have had this TV for a little over 6 month. Lets just say this was a good idea until you use it. The picture CAN look great and the eARC CAN sound great, but this TV is just worthless with the software. I have done a factory reset 5 times since owning it from buggy software. The software is so bad that it makes the TV worthless and unusable. Sadly no matter how many times I reboot the TV or do a factory reset this issue keeps bugging out to where the TV lags to where it is unusable or the eARC doesn't find my sound bar. Best Buy wont fix it because it is a software issue and Vizio just keeps telling me they have people working around the clock to get these issues fixed...well that was 5 months ago...

The picture quality is amazing. However, mirroring your phone is not as simple as it should be for a >$1500 tv. When you exit any app, advertisements appear and you have to click out of them. When you stop casting to YouTube, it does not bring you back to the app you were on. It brings you back to the Vizio home page. If you lose power or unplug the tv from your outlet, then you have to go in settings and do a soft reboot. Otherwise, you cannot click on the apps. Overall, not a bad tv, but I would recommend paying a little more to get the LG or Sony OLED.

I got this tv on sale hoping it would at least somewhat compete with the LG, and it does in some ways. The picture quality is stunning even non hdr content looked good, and I was happy with it. About 2 weeks in I noticed some software bugs that would prevent me from playing ps5 because of HDMI 2.1 issues and having to do full power cycles to reset them. Long story short I ended up taking this tv back and exchanging it. I'm sure at some point they will fix the issues with a firmware update, but I didn't want to wait any longer.

Don’t believe the hate. This TV is on point. I got the 65 inch on sale for 1499.00. Also added the 5 year warranty. (Recommend this for any Oled product. There a lot of reviews on the Vizio and the LG CX and very close. It all comes down to what your using this TV for, movies, video games etc. VRR isn’t working and there is 2.1 problems, because it’s all new Tech. This is goes for both LG & Vizio. Just do your Research and the prices of the two tv are 200.00 off each other. But I do Recommend the This TV, but it’s your choice..

With this year having so many options for TVs I actually got this instead of what I originally was looking at and I’m happy as can be. Avid gamer and movie watcher/ stream everything I watch. And this tv does it all, the hdr pops are pretty amazing for an oled the color really jumps off the tv, after watching Rise of the Skywalker on 4K you really see how this tv performs everything you want out of the tv. Brightness, contrast, black and dark images it really gives you that experience like you are in the theater but better. I hope this helps anyone I was on the fence all year until this went on sale for 500$ cheaper and I know I made the right decision.

First thing I'd like to say is that the picture quality of this thing is brilliant. I watched tons of reviews from tv experts and one of the reviewers mentioned that the motion while gaming was horrible. Its not. Its smooth and silky. Plus there are built in settings to help you with judder. This TV is vrr, gsync compatible although they need to do a software update for it, hdr 10 and 10 plus and mated with 2 2.1 hdmi ports. Its definitely future proof ready for next gen consoles coming out next week.

The first set that I received had an issue with several pixels in the upper left hand corner which I only noticed when I was testing out the TV. I called BB and they had a new set out for me within a few days. That set is perfect and I am absolutely in love with the picture. I watch primarily sports and movies and this set is excellent for both. MOvies on my UHD player are beautiful and the blacks are outstanding. Colors pop and I have no issue with brightness as images are bright and crisp. I love this TV and would buy it again if needed.

Would give this 4.5 stars. picture quality is great, but my unit has very finnicky WiFi that caused a bunch of app crashes and power-offs. That said, since I hardwired it on its Ethernet port, it has been an absolute rock-solid TV. For those cross-shopping against LG, I'd recommend this for casual streaming/living room TV viewing. I can't stand the LG pointer remote, which is much too touchy and frankly annoying, especially in a living room setting with kids and pets jumping and bumping around. For home theater or Xbox SX/PS5 gaming go up to LG CX (we have the 77" LG CX exactly for this).

My very first flat screen (Plasma) was a Vizio. It lasted about 10 years (and cost far more then their new OLED). We have nothing but Vizio soundbars in our home and the price/value is hard to beat. I'm happy we didn't jump into the LG before buying this Vizio model. Interface is fairly intuitive, picture is amazing, and price feels like a steal for the quality of this TV. Happy to be back with Vizio after having LG for the last 6-7 years.

This is my first OLED set. I selected this product because of it's feature set. I've had it in service for a couple of weeks and believe me the overall product performance doesn't disappoint. The default settings didn't require any fine tuning. Granted, it's a work in progress. I'm marrying this up with a SONOS ARC 5.12 sound system and an EERO 6 Pro-mesh network. My streaming devices will certainly utilize the VRR and HDMI 2.1 capabilities. One recommendation. Get the appropriate cables that are rated to handle the bandwidth requirements.
