The picture quality is great and the sound is great. It truly delivers 4k quality and has all the apps we need. I got this tv for our bedroom. It replaced the old 65” we had. It has been great for streaming shows and music. The set up took about 15 minutes out of the box to viewing. It took a bit more time to set up the accounts we had with existing apps, but it was effortless and the TV walks you through all the necessary steps to get you all set up.

Needed a bigger tv but didn't want to have to take out a second mortgage on the house. Nice tv for the price.

Was great when it worked. But did not even last 2 years before the screen stopped working. Once in a while I will hear music randomly play from it, but still no screen function. When I called for repair, the representative scheduled it but the technician who arrived said it was not covered and that it would cost more to fix than it was worth. Have had Vizio Tvs in the past that have lasted many years and always performed well. Maybe this was a bad model?

We bought this for Christmas and it has been amazing in our home theatre! We love it and watch it every night!

Great picture and sound. It was, at first overwhelming going from a 42" to a 65" in a small living room. It didn't take long to overcome that. My wife and I are both in our 70"s and she thought she would not be able to navigate the system as it is somewhat different from the last TV. It took her about a week and now she's a pro at it. The picture is great for our room. It's not a $6,000 picture but who would expect that. It was a great upgrade.

I did my research to find a tv with the best specs for a fair price and was very happy with this. The screen on average tvs is hard to see during the day when the sun shines on it. I picked this TV bc it was supposed to perform better dealing with sunglare, and it definitely doesn't! I also don't see lights reflecting off the screen anymore either. The color and clarity are great as well.

Completely satisfied with this purchase. I’ve bought several TVs from Best Buy and this by far has one of the best qualities. The color is crisp and sharp and the remote is user friendly. I actually bought this TV for a relative who was not sure about what is considered a ‘good tv’. This was the best within her price point but actually rivals many more expensive brands/versions. Delivery and setup was exceptionally as well.

I love my new TV. This is my third VIZIO and will probably be the only brand I will ever purchase. Since this is my main entertainment, I want a TV I can rely on for a great picture and sound. The Geek Squad delivered and set this up. I will probably always have the Geek Squad on call, they are TERRIFIC and make sure I understand everything I need to know to get the most out of my purchases. Thank you Geek Squad
