    I purchased this tv about 1 year ago and it has now stopped working. It will not turn on and I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps. I contacted Geek Squad who informed me that there was so warranty on the tv and that I would have to pay over $120 dollars for someone to come out and also pay for any parts that the tv needed. When the tv was working it was very slow. the interface was constantly updated which made it even slower. This tv also claims to be 4K which I don't believe is true. The picture quality was subpar. The issues that comes with this tv is not worth it and I do not recommend. It will not last
