THANK GOD I purchased the "TOTAL TECH SUPPORT" Program....We shut the TV off, 5 minutes later it comes on by itself? The Sound bar which was a middle priced item, either blows our walls down or we cannot hear the whispers.....plus it came with a very old model remote so when trying to look up usage, it was not even on U TUBE. One day we turned in on and the screen was black.....had to call TOTAL TECH SUPPORT again. The turning off and coming back on is still an issue and yesterday, we turned it on but ZERO SOUND....HELLO TOTAL TECH SUPPORT! Now I see why it was reduced from $749.99 to $499.99 (JUNK).

I also hated how it tried to force me to connect to the internet (you can bypass it if you press menu or input mode, but still get asked from time to time) I ended up exchanging it for the LG UP7000 series blows the Vizio out of the water which is similarly priced.
