Great Smart TV option for the price!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had an old 2015/2016 Vizio TV previously and we did not liked it as the smart apps are hit or miss. But when it's time to upgrade, this was the model that has a good decent price with the features we like so we gave it another chance. This model is way a lot better than the old smart-based OS. The smartcast made it very simple experience so you don't need to keep on downloading apps. Pretty much everything we wanted is already pre-installed. So the installation is straightforward. With it comes a lot of free trials which is great (though I think you get this now with every new TV). The remote is also simplified which is a plus for us since we don't like having a remote that has too many buttons which you rarely use anyway. As for the picture and sound quality, I honestly can't say if this is the best but I think it's decent enough to compete with the high brands.

Works Nice

Had it for about 9 months and the volume button on the remote has gone weird. Ill push it once or twice to turn the volume up a little and it keeps going up on its own, not sure if its the remote or tv.
