I hit the power button and it does nothing. Other then a hiccup here and there the TV is great. No need to have cable because you basically get it for free. Picture looks really good.

Would give it 5 stars but it is not 100% compatible with next gen game systems as of now. I own a ps5 and I’ve had to restart the TV a couple of times due to the screen showing weird pixels and even showing up black when launching a game.

The only thing it doesn’t have that I was surprised about (or I haven’t figured out) is Bluetooth. I’m shocked the tv doesn’t have Bluetooth enables to sync my soundbar to. Other than that I wish it had additional apps like showtime, etc but it has a really good Picture and decent sound quality

My only issue is the remote control. It is a basic control. It is larger then most Samsung controls which are sleek. The buttons do not even glow in the dark.

Picture quality is great and works well. Only complaint is i havent been able to get my fire stick remote to fully connect for use with volume ect but other than that the tv was well worth the money.

Comes with almost every app, little disappointed to find it doesn't get EPSN+ but I have a Chromecast. I returned a Hisense A6 TV for this one. The Hisense had absolutely no space for apps.

Plus I do play Xbox on it and the picture quality is superb. Hands down a great purchase for the price.

Its picture is perfect and a joy to watch anything on! This is our main form of entertainment at present and it's easy to use and fun to watch.

Led burned out

Before this the tv was great and I would have highly recommended. Now with losing 2 led strips in only 2 years i would no longer recommend.

When I switch between sources (HDMI) the sound stops and I have to reset the tv. This happens about 80% of the time. Sometimes when I turn it on, I can't navigate through the options and I have to reset the tv. Sometimes I can navigate, but then it won't select the app I want and I have to reset the tv. Overall, I would not buy the tv again, I would spend the extra $500 bucks and upgrade to a better "trim" and a better brand. Next time its a Samsung for me.

Setup was easy and the Best Buy folks were great when they helped me load the t.v. into my vehicle. There are lots of available apps available and the user interface is easy to navigate.

I recommend it highly. As it is a 70 inch model nobody has a hard time seeing the smallest details
