Love this TV so far! Playing PS5 on it is amazing. The only problem I have noticed is that sometimes the TV will do from HDR to no HDR mode. Very rarely though

Just moved to our new home and got TV's and mounts for several rooms. The "Squad" came in, mounted, set all of them up and was out before I could program the 1st one. Very efficient, professional and extremely helpful with explanations and suggestions. Will always do my shopping at Best Buy!!!! Oh yeah, the TV's are great!!!!

You get what you pay for....Cheap TV, which is what I was looking for..... but terrible picture. Worst picture of any TV I have ever owned. Easy setup. If your looking for bargain basement level TV, this one will do. If you have a few more dollars to spend, I recommend looking for something else.

Purchased the TV Jan 2021 it is now July 06, 2023 the tv stopped working then come to find out from VIZIO tv only had a year manufacturer warranty. Best Buy must have know that and the fact i was sold a LEMON

Did have to call tech. Support ended up doing a soft reboot, Didn’t take long but after less than a month was surprised to have a tech issue.

I am disappointed in this purchase. For a 4k UHD TV, the picture on this model lacks clarity and focus. It's not horrible, but the display appears slightly washed out. I've tried every combination of settings and adjustments imaginable but am unable to produce a satisfactory picture. It's worse than the display on the entry level TCL TV I replaced with this purchase. I would not recommend this TV.
