“Unhappy Senior”

First was the volume. I would turn up the volume on the remote and it would be delayed by 20-30 seconds to react to what I selected on the remote. Next, the apps started crashing. I would have to reload Netflix 2 or 3 times during a 2 hour movie... every time. Today I got a white screen with a lot of pixels. I’m worried the TV may crash completely with having so many problems so soon. This is CRAZY!!! I have tried unplugging it, restarting it and all I have is the same problem after nearly $700 wasted in just in a few days...! Save yourself the head ache!!!

Need spectrum app and a few others. And the apple stuff I didn't need. There are not enough usb plus only three I thought it said four. And for a vizio the color isn't as good as I thought it would be compared to my other Vizio's. It doesn't seem to have the ultra 4k hd quality compared to the other tvs I have.

The quality isn’t as sharp as I’d like, the sound doesn’t work half the time and the HDMI ports don’t function well at all. Not Best Buy’s fault but it will be a hassle to send back to the manufacturer to get looked at.

This TV freezes up once or twice a day. I’ve had warranty come out and try and fix it. All they did was replace the motherboard and it’s still doing the same stuff stay away please

Great Picture Dumb smart TV

Out of the box I was having trouble with this connecting to my internet did everything I could giving the tv benefit of the doubt and troubleshooting my Gigabit internet and Nighhawk dual band router. Needless to say it wasn't my internet. I eventually gave up on getting hulu live tv to work and turned netflix on which worked too good apparently because I couldn't get it to stop playing. Which could of been the remote that wasn't working half the time anyways so I unplugged it and called it a loss took it back and traded it in for the much better and cheaper(sale) sony 65in x750h which has worked flawlessly and has more features. The 50in tcl 4k I bought my son has also worked way better than this vizio v series. If you seriously want a vizio I hear the M series is the way to go but still has it's issues I really wanted this TV to work because the picture is great and is a really affordable 70in QLED but the V-Series is a bust

So I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger on this one, the largest one I've purchased so far, As far as picture quality goes, Vizio has always been more than good enough for me, and this one is no exception. Images and colors are crisp and clear, HD looks great as well. I think specs that people often complain about are things that I can't even discern when I'm watching tv, and most people don't really care about. I personally refuse to pay over $1000 more for another model of the exact same size just because it claims to have "blacker black" than this one. As someone who recently cut the cord, this model came equipped with all the apps and connections I needed to quickly connect to my wifi network, get logged into my favorite streaming services and get going. The remote is very simplified so you can get to what you need quickly, In a couple of days you'll have it memorized well enough to use it in the dark, The picture goes right to the edge and the frame all but disappears. Which makes its' 70 inches feel more like 75. It's more than enough for us, even though we were considering going bigger. It looks fantastic mounted on our bedroom wall, filling the large blank space that was there before very nicely. I strongly recommend Vizio to anyone looking for a solid, dependable smart tv at a good price. I've owned at least 4, and they're just really good, dependable, well-performing great-looking tv's.

Vizio TV is Good

Looks like you have to air play or chrome cast most of the stuff you want to watch besides YouTube and Netflix. I found that since this tv requires Internet it tends to freeze up occasionally. Besides functional issues, quality is fantastic

Bought one about 7 years ago, it didn't have the picture quality but it also didn't have the quirks. Had this V series plugged and for 6 days. So far I've had to reboot it once 2 days ago because it wouldn't turn on. As of today, after screen sharing (mirroring Android phone) I had to turn off and back on the TV to resolve the approximately 14 split screens. Moreover you'd think after all these years of companies designing ergonomic products that Vizio R&D would have tossed this remote control design in the trash and reprimanded its designer. Instead they approved the only remote control I've ever held that intuitively feels backwards in your hand. The IR receiver on the TV is not very receptive. I think we all prefer a remote that doesn't require precision aiming at the front of the TV. This TV is not a point and push remote button unit. Over 50% of the time it takes multiple remote button pushes because it's not aimed properly. For the price you get a great picture and good screen size. I must say though I wouldn't tell a friend or family member to buy this TV.

Good tv, terrible remote

I hooked Alexa up and can turn it on and off and pause shows without the remote. Haven't used chromecast on it yet, but it was user friendly and showed the hookup when my chromebook was linked. The only drawback is the remote. Half the time mine won't work. Then when it does work it gets stuck on one command, so I'll lower the volume and then when I press back it continues to lower the volume etc. I've tried all the reset and button unsticking troubleshooting I've found and nothing has helped.

Feels Like A Theater

You may need a larger table if not hanging on a wall! The color is sharp, and has most streaming channels available. It has good sound, and was a great price. The delivery was free AND on-time (2 days) - much shorter than the 3-4 weeks quoted by other retailers.

Vizo has always been my fav ( we have 3 other ones) so when i started looking for a 70 inch vizo i found Best Buy had the best deal PLUS free delivery!!!!! The picture is just awesome. Im so ready for football!!! Easy to set up and Super easy to install. Even for a 61 young lady as myself!!! I have a bose sound bar hooked to it that totally rocks!!! I would like to see them add bluetooth capability for speakers. All in all these vizio tvs are the best. My 60 inch is 8 years old and never have had a problem with it. My 65 inch is 9 years old and has never been turned off lol. Stilll running like the day i bought her!!!
